I suppose it's my own fault. We got a room at a value, and when we arrived, the bed was against the wall with no room on one side. At almost 60 years of age, I had to crawl across my husband to go to the bathroom. If we were staying more than one night, I would have requested a different room.

Beautifully renovated and everything is like new. We enjoyed the bar, the breakfast, the location as well as how clean the property was.

A huge TV flat screen at the restaurant hang in front of the historical picture. A real misfit.

Newly renovated historical hotel, stylish and comfortable at the great location in the center of Davos. Clean, comfortable room, really good bed, excellent rich breakfast and very helpful and friendly personnel. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The food was really good, but a bit pricy.

Our shower was not well thought through: it leaked out via the door hinge, and also whenever you opened up the door after showering. It would also be nice to be able to enter the hotel from the outdoor parking lot, which didn't appear to be possible.

Our suite was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed, a nice seating area, and a lovely terrace. I also liked the fact that you could darken the room completely. Exchanges with staff were pleasant, and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Excellent facilities, wonderful staff, great location! The hotel offers everything one wishes for a great holiday-historical architecture restored with a love for details and a contemporary approach. They can use more staff at the restaurant. Also, there was no 'do not disturb' sign and staff would enter the room everyday. We love privacy and it would be great if they provide an option for us.

The large balcony is definitely a plus, though it was too cold to enjoy it yet. Hot breakfasts were great, but it was nearly emptied one morning. There are bus stops right in front of the hotel and we could conveniently reach the hotel with large luggages by train and then bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
