We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDidn’t like self check in at 9.30pm, not very welcoming and took a long time to figure out the @ symbol on the keyboard. Large patch of mould on the shower tiles, the cleaner is definitely not doing a great job 👎🏽no coffee maker as listed on booking.com
The receptionist was great during the day and helped resolve the problem in the shower. Breakfast was good, the room was spacious and warm warm and the bed and covers were very comfortable.

BelgiumThe closing time of reception is too early (16.00), many guests are running into problems when checking in late like us. The process is chaotic and took us about 40 mins to finally finish checkin and find the correct room (there are two buildings, you need to find the correct one, I suggest the hotel to put some sign in front of the lift to avoid misleading: like guests in room xxx-xxx, you need to go to building A or B). Also it is difficult to find a decent parking place nearby.
The breakfast is good, and the room is clean with modern facilities. The receptionists are friendly and helpful.
