We were a bit caught off guard that the check in for the apartment was in a bar, and in an area of town that we didn’t initially like. But the host was very nice, and the apartment was immaculately clean. It was only about a 15 minute walk to old town, and we observed no problems with the area while we were there. It was a bit expensive for one night, but most things in the city are very pricey so we didn’t find it to be outrageous for the area.

Bettstatt-Neustadt is a wonderful place to stay! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The house is cozy, fully furnished, and impeccably clean, offering a very comfortable experience. The staff are warm and welcoming, which added to the overall charm of our stay. One of the highlights was the lovely bar just under the hotel – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

The feeling that you get when you meet someone that truly cares about your experience in a new city! Roger was an exceptional host! You need to go and have a beer in the hotel bar. Roger brews it himself and it’s delish! Also, if you’re here on a Thursday evening, have the sausages! He also makes his own ketchup and it’s unlike any other that you’ve had! Such a fun experience! We loved this night!

Sharing a bathroom is not a Very nice experience.. There is a construction just by the hotel, so noise starts before 8 and electricity failed in the morning. Staff wasn't waiting for us, even though they had said before that it was ok my time of arrival. We had no internet, we got lucky we found someone to share wi-fi to call someone to come and let us check in.

Excelent room, really big, clean, comfy beds. Nice shower too. Good location. Sadly we arrived on a Sunday, so the bar wasn't open. Staff was very friendly and helped us walking around.

A prett cool place close to the train station and downtown, which also serves as a bar for local bmx bikers and the youth. Despite the bad weather, they cheered us up. The owner and the bartender were nice and chill. We could only check in from four in the afternoon, but we could leave our bags. The cleaning lady was helpful.

There was construction work going on near the hotel - it was difficult to get there by car. It would be great if the hotel had a refrigerator and a microwave.

I like the location of the hotel, the cleanness of the room. There was an elevator and it was very important for us. The host provided us tea and coffee.

When we arrived we were told the reception isn’t open and we can’t make the check-in. We arrived at 7pm and the check-in was supposed to be possible till 8pm. The bathroom wasnt also the cleanest and smelled a bit like mold.

Shared bathroom has no ventilation and each time after shower the hall way gets all humid. Toilet paper in the bathroom also absorb a lot of moisture. Some guests walked out of shower without drying so the floor tends to be really wet

10 min walk from Luzern station, close to supermarkets and walking distance to old town. Lift in the building. Bright room with good air flow.

Shared bathroom between three rooms doesn't ventilate too well.

Perfect for a quick stop over. Seamless checkin, friendly host. Paid parking available at 10Euro per day. Well located - walking distance to restaurants and main attractions.

We had the smallest room with shared bathroom with two other rooms. We only stayed one night so it didn’t bother us too much, if we were staying longer that may have been an issue.

The apartment in this facility was perfect for our stay. It was extremely spacious and had a retro design. The location was great and the host even spent time telling me where to go to explore the city. Would stay again!
