We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThere is nothing to not like really but you will be asked for 6 CHF for parking.
A very beautiful house, carefully renovated with amazing style. The rooms are wonderful, very comfortable bed and bed linen. We had a private bathroom (not en-suite) which was lovely. Breakfast is an absolute feast with amazing homemade and often homegrown ingredients. Sadly we only had one night here and not two after I had an accident in Basel but it is a great place to stay for a few days. ai would love to come back.

Switzerlandthe phone reception is really bad in this part of town and the wifi was out of order. in case you plan on making long phone calls or working online a lot, this might not be the ideal spot for you. we didn't mind since there is plenty to discover outside :)
Clean and friendly: we had a great time. It's close to the bus stop so easily reachable by public transport. the shared showers / toilets were clean and the breakfast was tasty.

CroatiaWe did not like only 2 things: -wall socket that is not usable by standard EU plug (for laptop power adapter), but as I have noticed this weird power socket is used in the whole of Switzerland, so not really this apartment problem, just bring an adapter if you need to use EU plug. Phone bricks connect fine. -pillows are too thin for our liking,
The house was renovated really nicely and with style. No classical Ikea furniture like an owner would say! :) Everything is clean, including the shared bathroom. Too bad the weather was not soo good, so we could not enjoy the lovely terrace. Included breakfast is nice, almost everything is from the local territory (butter, chees, jam), and the owner makes delicious homemade bread. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting the area from Chur to Ilanz as everything is really close (by car). Both owners are nice, talkative, and recommend things to see/do!

South AfricaNot having an ensuite bathroom was not a problem as each room was assigned a modern and private bathroom as promised.
The hosts were friendly, the accommodation was exactly as promised and we enjoyed the immersive experience of not staying in a hotel. Ursina's organic and home prepared foods served for breakfast were delicious.

Beautiful house with delicious breakfast. Ursina was very friendly and welcoming. The bus is very efficient to nearby towns (Chur, Flims) - we had a great stay.
