Sabrina ensured that our stay here would be the most perfect getaway and indeed it was! The idyllic scenery paired with the beautiful interior of this property offers a cosy couple nights away. Sabrina was the perfect host tailoring our needs to our stay and greeting us with a warm welcome and a lovely breakfast. We had great experience with the host, the place was very cosy and comfortable, the location was quite easy to reach. The breakfast served was full of options. We really enjoyed our stay there, though quite short, would love to come back again one day!

The only downside we experienced was the very low quality of the pillows on the bed, which could be improved for better comfort.

The hotel’s location was excellent—peaceful, quiet, and uniquely situated near the lake. Despite visiting during a very cold winter period, the interior was extremely warm, and we faced no issues with heating. The room was spacious, which added to our comfort. Breakfast was good and met our expectations. Additionally, we received timely and accurate guidance from the hotel regarding check-in and check-out procedures, which was very helpful.

Bit of a hike up hill which wouldn’t normally be an issue - but I recently had a knee injury.

Gorgeous Swiss Chalet in beautiful location. Lovely staff, wonderful breakfast provided. Shared kitchen available also to prepare meals or store items in fridge. Laundry also available for guest use. Loved our stay - and it snowed !!

We booked a few hours before we arrive to the property and the code to get the keys weren't available. We have to wait in the cold until someone reads the message and release the code for us.

The location is centrally located in the beautiful mountainous area of Brienz. The view from the room was gorgeous. We were able to walk from the bus station and it was a short, quick walk to town. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of options and staff was very welcoming and friendly. We checked in after hours and the process was very easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

This amazing B&B has my heart...Since I've booked 4 months ago, Sabrina kept answering all of my questions about the Hotel and the area. You can't imagine how amazing it is until you get there. the view?the cosiness? I didn't want to leave... i took hundreds of photos and videos and people here believe this place doenst really exist... they have coffee and tea area in a amazing living room in which i sat 3 hours under the blanket after i had checked out. I had breakfast near the window watching the lake!!!I slept so quietly..the share bathroom was so clean. Really amazing job. Well done and thank you for everything! If I ever come back to Switzerland, B&B in Brienz will be my only choice to stay.

We arrived after sunset, it is hard to walk with so many luggages on the narrow road. The location is elevated, and we climbed about ten meters from the station to the hotel, which was quite tiring.

Precisely because of its high position, it offers an excellent vantage point to view Lake Brienz. Overall, highly recommended

The shower consists of a curtain surrounding half of the bathtub and a hand sprayer. The sprayer can only be hung at a maximum height of about 5ft which makes washing hair extra difficult for 6ft people.

We had room #8 in the Spycher building. The room was spacious with a small living room area and an en-suite bathroom. The view of the lake and village was very nice. The breakfast had a good variety to choose from and the attendant was courteous and helpful. The directions for self-check in were thorough. The shower had consistent hot water and good pressure.
