We expected more for the breakfast, we saw some pictures where there were some eggs and bacon and ect. But we just have bread. We were a little bit disappointed.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet clean. We spent the Christmas time there so there was no people around.

The location is bit off from main attractions. This will be perfect place if you are traveling by car. But the drive and the view makes up for it.

Neat and smart (just like it's name). Self check-in was very fast and seamless. Room was very clean and the breakfast was basic but very good. The view from the room was great. There were minimal staffs and were very helpful. Overall value for money.

Few things we didn't like for example, you would expect to see reception in a hotel, except this one was a self check-in hotel which is odd and it isn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description. Also there were no kettle/ Fridge/ Iron in the room

The single bed rooms have a very narrow and small bed making it feel even smaller given that the rooms are always very spacious. There is unfortunately no water cooker or anything else in the room and there are not many options to get food in the evening. The ventilation system in the bathroom is really loud and turns off only after a long time when you turn off the lights in the bathroom. As there is no front desk staff or anyone, and the rooms seem to have bad noise isolation from the door, this time around there was a very loud group of Chinese people on the whole floor running around between each others rooms and leaving their doors open so they can talk very loudly or yell across the whole floor which made the night rather unpleasant.

The location is really good, near the main station and there are supermarkets across from the hotel., The checkin and checkout is very easy and contactless and will be done by yourself, the view from the rooms is amazing as rooms are on the top floors of the high rise building. The only staff you actively see are the ladies from the breakfast service and so far they have always been really friendly and nice. The breakfast itself is simple, but the staff keeps everything clean and filled. The rooms are spacious, clean and the cleaning service works effectively. There is a hotel lobby with a box where you can make a call in private and a lounge chair to rest.

One of the airco units in our suite didn’t work, we called to notify the hotel of this and they said someone would come to fix it and when we had returned from dinner no one had come to fix it as it still wasn’t working.

The third bed is not a real bed in the junior suit, though my son found it comfortable enough. The bathrom is modern and nice but glass seperation should be noted during booking.

We parked just in front of the hotel, though arrived quite late. Stayed at a really clean very spacey junior suite. The room has all windows very light, good shading curtains. Third bed is an opening sofa. The sheets ,pillow etc for the third bed were missing as we arrived. After a phone call we provided them from a cabinet in the corridor. They were all clean, no smells etc. The bathroom is seperated from the room by only shaded windows,was inconvenience because I stayed with my two adult sons..the breakfast was quite good , tasty, several types of cheese, pastry salami and fried bacon. Only scrambled eggs though. Served on the top floor, very light saloon with wonderful wiews. The breakfast lady was pleasant.

It was hard to get any physical support, such as when the TV was not working or needed some ice or hot water for tea since there was no staff at the hotel.

Self check in process is not as trivial. Also when you have a question, you have to dial a number. But we had no local phone numbers, so we couldn't contact anyone

Breakfast was ok you are not in a 5 stars hotel they have real big croissant… Maybe just missing a toaster for the bread. Cappuccino were amazing though

Update: 28.02.2024 they reintroduced the delicious breakfest, so therefore i need to give them tumbs up! Well done! Old: They removed and have recently changed a delicious breakfest to a standard breakfast. Dumbest decision of the year.

They really need to talk to the cleaners, they can do a much better job, or give them less money for the job they are doing. Had 2 different rooms, both were not really clean.

Very good breakfest, and all the rooms are high-up in the tower so always nice views!
