The sink could be a bit larger or have thicker edges to allow for more storage space (not much room in the bathroom for toiletries). I was fully aware of the bunk bed when booking, so it’s not a complaint, but something to keep in mind for those who might find climbing down tricky. The room was a bit on the darker side due to the dark color scheme.

The staff was beyond amazing, extremely understanding, friendly, and helpful. The room was spotless. The retractable electric blinds made the room pitch black at night, which was perfect for sleeping. Thoughtful touches like an espresso machine and water waiting in the room. The highest-quality towels I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Excellent location, public transportation is right nearby, and the city center is just a 15-minute walk away.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the station and a variety of restaurants. The hotel was quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was well equipped and very clean. There was a very good choice for breakfast and we were offered extra tea and coffee.

Our stay at Bloom was amazing. The staff was so friendly, the room was incredibly clean and the location was perfect. 2 mins away from 2 tram stations, 10 mins by tram from the train station. The room had everything you need inside, the cleaning was done daily and the atmosphere was very cozy and nice. We even got un upgrade to a bigger room. I would definitely return anytime I visit Basel.

The room was not very spacious.

A nice boutique hotel perfectly locates (a 10-15 mins walk away from the old part of the city and next to Mezlssenplatz, a central bus and tram station). The reception is veeery kind and helpful, especially Skoukri! Breakfast is a decent choice.

My only issue would be the bed since I prefer a softer bed and this one was very hard. If you like sleeping on harder beds, then you might really like the bed.

The hotel is very modern, and I was very happy when I arrived and saw the room. The hotel staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good for the value. Extremely clean room, hot water, and working heating.

This is the second time that I stay at BLOOM Hotel. It's very conveniently located, the staff is very kind and attentive. I forgot my computer charger in the room when I left and they immediately contacted me the day after to confirm whether it was mine and arrange for a collection since I was nearby. The room was very clean an decent size. There was a desk I could work from and I also had a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs. Unfortunately, it's winter time and not pleasant to sit outside in this specific occasion :) In the morning I had breakfast and they propose a varied selection of savoury and sweet food.

The bunk bed above the main bed. Both of us banged our heads a few times over the space of a few days :-( A bit more storage would be helpful and the bathroom was a little cosy.

A little way out of the centre but was provided free travel for public transport which was absolutely amazing. Never had this before with any other hotel! The breakfast was excellent, the staff amazing and an excellent hotel all round.
