We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandRoom was a bit warm, despite the windows open and the small fan. Standard double room was probably a little tight for a couple with lots of luggage but absolutely fine for a single traveller.
Compact but well-designed and finished rooms. Sound insulation felt really good - didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms, if they were occupied. Continental breakfast was simple, but good value for money in terms of hotel prices. Staff extremely friendly - a huge contrast to some Basel hotels.

IndonesiaEvery detail in the room to a point of the handwritten note was just the cutest. The rooms have the comfiest and warmest beds. The shower gel smells super nice. The shower head was very relaxing. The nespresso machine was something I thought I didn’t need but it was handy to make coffee in the morning. The area was very convenient with tram stops in front. Also this is across the art basel area. The receptionists Jana and Nina was very sweet and helpful. They gave me my Basel card early on through email so I can get through around the city easily. Would definitely come and stay here again!

Room was nice, clean and quiet, great shower. Hotel is located in a lively area with lots of shops and dining options, there’s also a big Coop supermarket nearby. By tram the city center is 5 minutes away, the main train station 10 minutes. Staff was very nice and always smiling. Big bonus: the hotel gives the Geneva Card for free, so you don’t pay public transport during your stay and you have reductions on museums and attractions.

Ideal location for conference travel in the convention centre. Clean and comfortable room, quiet restful night. The triple room is well designed with bunk bed over doublebed.
