It was a little far from the Main Street

The hotel had a very nice pool and spa area. Hotel also had a nice shuttle to pick and drop you off at the train station. Beds were very comfortable

A bit old hotel, but charmy

Perfect place to stay during the Engadin Skimarathon with a good location in a nice area. They served a nice pasta dinner for skiers the day before the race, and a sign up for the hotel bus to take us to the train station on the race day was a good service.

The breakfast buffet was very well stocked with a good variety of options. The location is very good, but we were grateful for the hotel's van to collect us and take us back to the station. The hotel was very warm. Our evening meal was superb.

Clean and quiet sizeable rooms. Friendly staff and free shuttle which was helpful (although a reminder for when you arrive would be more helpful). Not very modern and rubbish shower though. Expensive for what it is but that is down to location.

Great location! Staff was amazing! We had a group of 13 and had a lot of luggage and they went above and beyond with the shuttle service. They even opened breakfast early so we could eat before our early departure. While we at breakfast they took the first load of luggage to the train. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

Nothing, We booked the most simple room which was great for us, our friends had a slightly more expensive room, I think around 30/40CHF a night more and their room was substantially bigger and more modern with a balcony. I would probably book the more expensive room next time.

We couldn’t have hoped for a better stay. The friendliest staff, very clean rooms that are serviced daily, good breakfast, great location, quiet at night, comfortable beds, the hotel has a warm family feel with the owner often around for a chat. The spa was a very nice addition, I can’t fault it. The walk into the centre is pleasant and probably just under 5 mins to the start of the centre.

Breakfast starts too late at 7.30am. Could be earlier to accommodate guests catching early trains. Breakfast spread was average. Quite far from the station.

Cosy hotel and staff are polite. They provide shuttle bus to and from St Moritz train station. I like the double wash basins in the bathroom and the spacious counter top.

The duvets on the beds were very unsatisfactory. Too small but too thick. I was either too hot or too cold at night and did not sleep well. Very poor choice of TV channels. In Switzerland many hotels offer a wider choice including all UK BBC/ITV channels and French channels. Shower in bathroom was awkward to use - temperature controls erratic and only partial splash protection - needed a proper shower enclosure. Quite a long walk along a busy road to get to the center of town.

Good choice for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel bus to take us to the station at no charge. Good restaurant for evening meal. Convenient for Cresta run and Bobsled run.

The architecture is such that there are many steps, though there are two lifts.
