The room was small with a tiny bathroom which was difficult to manoeuvre in. Nowhere to sit so we had to go and sit by the pool, which was fine. It was very expensive but was fairly billed as an economy room in an extremely expensive place.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, hotel had lots of historic character. Swimming pool looked lovely. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice and served in a characterful dining room. We appreciated the complimentary transfer to the station in the morning. It's up a steep and winding hill from the station so don't plan to walk with luggage especially in the winter!

Everything was perfect. From the pick up from the station to the drop off. The driver was very kind and friendly. The girl at reception Maria was absolutely lovely and so friendly. The bed was soft and so comfortable. Spa area was a lovely bonus with sauna, steam room and swimming pool. Very clean and nothing missing. Breakfast was delicious. Nice view from the window as well. Would recommend this hotel which is in a short walking distance from everything in town. Fondue in the restaurant was very yummy.

Continental breakfast was limited, but what was available was fresh and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Spacious rooms, very clean throughout. Reliable pick up service to/from the rail station. Good location for the Cresta Run, a short distance from town centre. Excellent views from room.

Great location. 2 stops by ski bus to the lift in St. Moritz, or 3 stops to the cable car in Celerina (which we preferred). You can watch Cresta run just opposite of the hotel. Main shops, etc in St. Moritz are in easy walking distance. Free parking at the hotel,

Nothing negative to say, really. The hotel is not super modern but I actually enjoyed this cozy comfy feeling that you find in more “traditional” hotels.

The rooms were big, clean and warm. Everything was wooden and really gave that mountain vibe that you find when you are in a ski destination. The staff was super helpful and polite, we really had a good time and everything went smooth! Strongly recommended for both a romantic getaway or a ski holiday with friends!

There was free transport from the train station to the hotel on multiple occasions. The staff were very accommodating to our requests and the breakfast was lovely. We stayed in 2 double budget rooms and the rooms are very very big. so well worth the money!

Really enjoyed our stay. Super helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle from train to hotel was great. Very clean in all areas. Very comfortable room. Loved the whole feel of the hotel. Great location for start of Cresta run and then short walk to centre. Good evening meal. Wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was located just outside the center, in a quiet area. The room was very comfortable, and looked recently renovated. Breakfast was good. There is a pool but it was under construction during our stay. We were travelling by train, with a small suitcase, but it was quite a hike to get to the hotel. Only when we went back to the station the next day we noticed that there was an elevator that takes you up to the center; when you come out of the station turn left:-) The hotel offered to take us to the station so you might want to contact them to find out whether they do a pick up service as well.

tiny shower with a door that leaked water all over the floor; better communication prior to checkin so I would have known about the free train shuttle would have been nice

they offer a free train shuttle, although I wish they had included that in the welcome message so I would have known to arrange it (I paid for a 25chf cab instead). room was cozy, with a lovely view. staff was incredibly competent.

you need to walk 10 mins to city square

they gave us a pass that we could use for the bus and funicular to go to the mountains. the breakfast is okay. the transfer from the hotel is added bonus.
