Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The community feel was nice while traveling alone. I arrived quite late, 23:00 and Lars was up and willing to talk and show me around. Of course the sauna.

NorwayOne of us is allergic to cats and dogs, and it could have been clearer that these move fairly freely through the property. Despite what pet shops and the internet tell you, there really is no such thing as an allergy-friendly cat or dog. Fortunately he brought his medication.
A lovely stay. Nice facilities and a friendly host. All in all a great experience and I would both stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful property just outside Andermatt town. Lars and his wife kind and welcoming. It is definitely group living, expect to make friends over dinner and wine. You need to either ski or hike in with your belongings, so not suitable for everyone. The bathroom and kitchen were both very clean and well maintained, a sauna and hot tub and grill available for use. I hope to return and stay longer! Thank you!

United StatesIt’s important to know you cannot drive to the property. You have to hike up the side of the ski slope (steep, but not too long) or ride the bus up and walk down. The bus option is easier and a good one, but it only runs until 5:46 PM. When we arrived, I was tired and almost had a meltdown trying to get my luggage there. I called the host (Lars) and he helped with a solution—we put our luggage in a storage locker at the train station until his guy could drive his ATV down to get it. Worked out great. Once we got there it was all good.
Loved the relaxed atmosphere. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped and bathrooms were clean. The residents Bengal kitties were a huge bonus.

The host Maartje gave us a very warm welcome, making us feel at home straight away. The hostel was spotlessly clean throughout. Great facilities including a well equipped kitchen and a sauna with views over the town. Comfy beds gave us a great night's sleep which was much needed.

the location of this house is really outstanding. You literally go out from it skiing and in 2 minutes you are already in the main gondola, you can be in 6 minutes walking in the village as well. Also all the property was really clean and tidy during our whole stay. The hostess were all the time really helpful and available for any question. The facilities include jacuzzi (with incredible views) sauna and bbq so really cool.
