  “Andermatt is a nice town. Ski area is a bit small. Off piste is great. The appartment was nice and modern. Sauna, fitness and lounge room was nice but placed in the basement with no view outside.”

  “Lovely hotel but too hot. No way to turn the temperature down so we had to keep the window wide open to let the winter air in. The pool is great and the breakfast excellent. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.”

  “We called the reception twice to ask if we could have a bowl for the dog to drink and both times they said « yes of course » but we waited 3 hours both times. Finally we went down to the reception and ask them again and they said that they don’t provide this service. Fair enough but then tell us immediately on the phone so that we have time to go to the shop to buy something… That little incident is revealing of a deeper problem of miscommunication/ lack of training.”

  “The apartment was outstanding with a very large sitting room with a open well equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, and a good bathroom. The sitting room had an amazing view on the valley. The loaction was good, not far from markets and restaurants, and there was a reserved parking spot nerby the house.”

  “The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Especially the girl with black hair in a ponytail. When I changed the room, a gentleman also helped me carry the suitcase upstairs. The location is nice, very close to the supermarket and the cable car station. The bed is quite comfortable. The room is not too small, and there is enough space for the suitcase. There is even a balcony.”
