At automated Checkin you have to rely on their system which doesn't always update. I waited over one hour for the operator to activate my check-in. Then I received a dirty room which was clearly used before. So I had to wait some more for the new room. Insode the room, the sink was on the room hallway, the toilet and shower in a separate space. Very odd to brush your teeth basically in the room. There were not enough sockets in the room, so I had to charge my laptop at the entrance door socket as the other ones were occupied with the lights. The whole experience was was nerve-wracking. Wouldn't really recommend this place.

Housekeeping could be better: - The floor in the lounge area was pretty dirty - Snacks/drinks in lounge area seemed not to be topped up. The wine dispenser was empty throughout the whole stay, snacks and coffee were almost empty and non of it seemed to be filled up during the 3 nights we were there. - Conditioner in our shower was empty. Front door got broken on Sunday morning and was still broken by the time we checked out on Monday, leaving it wide open and the common areas open to all

I did not receive the code to enter the building, and had to ask several times for it through different disfunctional cannels. I also had to wait other stranded guests who were lost in the process

Check in was horrible, didn’t receive all information required to self check in and the chat was not very responsive. Had to wait for 20 minutes before we could get in.

The double room was very small, but enough for me alone and ok for only one night. However I think it is definitely too small for 2 people. Few things that could be improved: the room was too warm even if the radiation was off and I needed to keep the window open for a while; the mattress was sagging on one side; there are no furniture in the room a part a small bed side.

Hotel in a great location, convenient to stay close to the city center at a reasonable price.

Bathroom fittings were poor. Shower and taps did not function well. Keysafe on door was thigh to open, etc.

No frills. What you see is what you get. It’s a budget hotel with no staff.

Shower was partially broken which made the water splash around the bathroom, so after every shower we would have to clean and dry it. I sent a complaint and instead of sending someone to fix it or at least to help with cleaning, they came back asking for photos and proof of what was happening. The problem is simple to resolve and should be part of a periodic maintenance process (10€ you can buy a new shower head). Another point to consider is to add a new bedside table as the room had only one.

The light in our bathroom was broken and had to message twice on WhatsApp to speak to someone about getting it fixed, which it never was, so for 3 days we had to use the communal shower in the hallway which defeats the object of booking a room with a private bathroom! No housekeeping, we didn’t expect the beds to be changed every day but a quick once over and fresh towels wouldn’t have gone a miss. The bed wasn’t very comfortable at all and only one pillow each. The walls are paper thin so can hear everything and the doors slam very loudly in the corridors. A full length mirror would be a nice addition in the room.

Great location, walking distance to most areas but right by tram and bus stops too. Check in was fine, all codes received on time and pretty self explanatory! Room was nicely decorated and the heating worked a treat. Wi-Fi worked great and the QR codes in the lobby for suggestions on places to eat/drink etc came in handy.

Quite a lot of noise from other rooms, hallway and the courtyard below. I had to sleep with ear plugs every night. The lamp on the desk could not reach the power outlet without moving the desk to the other side of the room.

Plenty of floor space. Soap and shampoo provided. Comfy bed.

The location is great and the place is clean. However, the room is very small and there is only light at the bathroom and in front of the door. There was no light around the bed and made the room dim and even small. The night stand were not working at first day but fixed by the staff next day.

The pictures were nicer than the real room. The furniture seemed very old and there was no electricity for the hairdryer. The price for this was too high.

I couldn’t get in the hotel, as there was no email from with the code for the entrance prior to my arrival. So I had to send a message to the hotel through a chat and wait for a ling time until they texted me the entrance code. The system is not well organised and efficient, and as I see from past comments many people face this problem and they don’t do anything to improve it. The room was not clean and if you leave the window open is too noisy.

The location is convenient and the room was very nice (double bed, big window, a desk that you could work, big bathroom). There is a kitchen with fridge that can be used to prepare your meals and a common space with big tables that you can drink your coffee or work with your laptop.

I did not get send the email with the codes to check in, so i was stuck outside the hotel on the live chat function who were really helpful however the experience would have been better if i had the info i needed from the beginning.

Easy to check in and the room was tidy upon arrival. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner though. Easy to get in/out at times that suit you. Location was great, very convenient.
