Beautiful location, luxury atmosphere, good food

Breakfast buffet overpriced at CHF36, perhaps we were paying for the spectacular view. Room was uncomfortably warm and could not be cooled with the system on lowest setting.

Great location, attentive staff, rooms are stocked with every imaginable comfort.

They have to do something with their kitchen and waiters. The food for our group was not ideal: pasta came cold, we have got not exactly what we have ordered, the food at the breakfast was not timely served either.

The location is just amazing. The hotel is also very nice with good facilities and the staff on the reception were very welcoming and trying to accommodate our needs. Wine choice at the restaurant was what was needed.

The greeting at the hotel was excellent and the service beyond expectation. The hotel and room were immaculate, with the room incredibly comfortable. There were nice touches in the room to make it more comfortable. Food in the bar was excellent and the service again was wonderful. I only wish I had spent longer in the hotel.

bedroom was not super cute, a few touchups would have been nice. there isn't really anywhere nice to sit in the hotel. you have to go to the bar and order something.

fantastic location next to Lac Neuchatel with no intervening traffic. beautiful views. wonderful breakfast with fantastic views. large room, very comfy. nice bar to sit and have some tea while adminring the view. easy to walk into the old city. i would go back

The welcoming staff at the restaurant at breakfast were a bit cold and not very « welcoming ». In the other hand The service staff (waiters) were nice and helpful.

The shower head was a bit outdated - but the water pressure was amazing!

I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!
