    Room was not well cleaned, furnishing is very cheap and partly not working like blind mirrors, malfunctioning TV, bad side table.

    The online Reception was very kind and very helpful (Even though a on spot reception is still preferably)

    no food nor drinks available in their vending machines (all empty) and no tv . in the end, you feel the price is too much..I checked other hotels in the area and for 10-20 francs more a night you get breakfast and there is a tv. the decor is a little outdated.

    easy booking and location is excellent. please note there is no staff in this hotel

    There is nobody there and you do it all yourself. A human receptionist would make it much better

    The check-in is terrible, our key card couldn't be configurated, our friend's card didn't work either and he had to switch rooms twice. So the check-in takes time because you most definitely need to chat with the online assistant.

    The room was spacious, with a nice tub and comfortable bed. There is free parking right next to the hotel.

    The check-in process was flawed and it didn't show me an option for check-in. Need better support/process for people who book night before and show up the following day. It took 3 days to finally sort out my room access issues as it ended up being an issue with door key reader. As a result they gave me a different room. The on-site person was helpful but proved very difficult to speak since he only knew French.

    Once I didn't have issues getting into my room the stay was not bad. The online customer support were great.

    It was extremely hot in the hotel when I arrived, in the entrance, hallways and the room itself. It was much warmer inside than outside. There was no aircon, but also no one had bothered to open some windows. Luckily I found a fan in one of the drawers. There was no personnel, and the hotel felt a bit spooky without people. There was no breakfast service, it would have been nice to have a recommendation from the hotel for a nearby bakery or cafe. All in all it was okay, but a very pricy for what you get..

    The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Location of the hotel was convenient. Self check-in was easy and smooth. I requested a receipt by email afterwards, which I promptly received.

    Air conditioning in the room not working well / not worling at all. TV not working. Had difficulty entering the code because keyboard at the entrance was not working properly. I called the phone number reported in the website: no answer at all. After several tries ans 40.min wait it worked and I could access the lobby.

    It has what you need for a stay: clean room and clean WC/toilette

    It was very strange not see any person the whole time. I felt like in a zombie movie where I am the only one left. The room had no AC and was too warm to sleep. No breakfast option. Value for money is not very good.

    There where 3 desperate people waiting for their room! No Reception! Phone number didn't answer. It is a self check in but the check-in tablet was missing! Or stolen! Low luminosity, dirty, no reception! That's a scam not a hotel! Didn't feel safe! SO at the end, I didn't slept there because there was no tablet to check in and no personnel and no answer and they never refund me. AVOID THIS HOTEL !

    Rooms are very outdated the bathroom isn't clean and was missing soap. It was also smelly. The hotel didn't feel safe someone tried to open my room while I was there. I get that this is a no staff hotel however it gives the impression that it is empty and that didn't feel safe at all even tho it had cameras all over.

    Our stay in the Becozy Hotel was simply terrible: - No possible direct communication to the hotel, even before the arrival. I immediately identified the response to my e-mail as “robotically fake”, after an absurd answer to my question: We are a couple, and we don’t want two single beds, could we have one double bed? The answer was: we have single or double beds. - Getting at the hotel was long and difficult because the number “1” key didn’t work well and hazardously it worked after a long time. - The check-in took a lot of time because the instructions are not precise: Instead of specify “last name and first name”, it says only name and besides, we received 2 confirmation numbers! - Charging the card keys was very difficult because each time it appeared “error” in the screen. Finally, we could do it in the other machine - The toilet paper support fell barely touching it the first time - There was a TV control without any TV! - The safe didn’t work - No one for asking for 2 extra pillows - Not a soul in the entire hotel. Any sign of living, a phantom hotel, scaring! - A little fridge that hardly cooled - Many dirty cloths and gadgets thrown to the outside border, so disgusting! - The room lights switch didn’t work - One of the two lamps on the desk didn’t work - Filling the check-out form online was blocked the day before Conclusion Intending to manage of a hotel in Fribourg from a country abroad (Lituania), with a very mediocre service system conceived by a defective AI, is detrimental to the image of Switzerland and Booking.com. All this could never permit a positive quality-cost relationship. It’s very expensive, impersonal and even inimical. Makes oneself feel cheated and impotent. We don’t recommend at all this hotel Becozy!

    The check-in system is a huge problem. There is no staff on site, and it took us an hour and a half to finally get into our rooms. This is unacceptable. The registration system is absolutely faulty. Additionally, due to overbooking, one of the two rooms we reserved was ultimately not available. We had booked two double rooms, but ended up with one double room and one single room. The towels were still dirty.

    The hotel facilities are generally okay, as it is a temporary use of a former four-star hotel. By chance, we managed to get the phone number of a support person in Tunisia who was very helpful. Although the price is relatively low, considering all the issues mentioned below, this stay is not recommended.

    I did not have the chance to enter in the hotel. The coding machine at the door was not working. When I succeed to enter when somebody else was going out I entered the confirmation number and code on the tablet - the tablet showed that the room was not ready (at 18.30h) and there were other people waiting already hours, so I did not risk to stay more hours and just found another place to stay.

    Check-in system si very uneffective. And the booking post said it has an electric kettle, but it do not has it. I ask for one and they answered there is not.

    Nice place, cool rooms, a tv that do not have channels, interesting view in a silent neighbourg. Elevators to all the flors working perfectly
