The rooms themselves unfortunately reflect the prices paid. The rooms aren't the highest quality around, a bit small but they're more than enough. Showering possibilities are there, beds are clean, rooms let at least much air in.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the facilities were clean. Purest compliments to the people there!

Internet wasn't working, and it wasn't a priority for the reception girl, who left without getting it fixed. Wi-fi functionality and one hour on-site response should be a must nowadays. Particularly in the most expensive hostel we had during our euro trip.

Basic hostel, and adequate. Near to supermarket. Luzern free transport makes getting there cost effective even if a half hour journey.

We need to put the sheet and make the bed ourselves. There is no ac so it’s hot when it’s hot but there’s a fan that is helpful enough. No lift but since we travel light it’s not that hard to go upstairs.

Really close with a bus stop and we get a free ticket for public transport. Very helpful and friendly staffs. A very nice and fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge even rice cooker. A coin locker to keep our stuff when we arrive early. The staff can help with laundry where we pay per load. Close to a cable car station to go to mount pilatus. There’s a grocery store closeby.

Fixtures and fittings in room, toilet and shower room were tired and some broken.

The bathroom was fairly grotty and smelt very bad. The beds were quite hard. It’s 15 mins on the bus to the centre of town.

Check in was more difficult for us. Thanks to the trolley bus delay due to the demonstration we arrived at 22:05 and the building was closed, no one answered the phone. Unfortunately we didn't have an online connection and the hostel sent us the access codes to our email at 21:00, unfortunately not by SMS. Only after 20 minutes we managed to get an on-line connection and download the codes on-line. Recommendation for the hostel : send the access codes also by SMS , as is common elsewhere...

Good transport accessibility from the station by trolleybus No.1, Luzern Card with free public transport, smaller rooms with fan and small bathroom with toilet, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff

The bathroom in the room had a very noisy fan, the facilities overall were a little outdated and rusty.

It’s super close to mount Pilatus and they have lockers where you can leave your luggage if you arrive early which is great.

Facilities not good. For family they provided room on 3rd floor and ther is no lift th the hostel. How much difficult to take 20kg bag, 10 kg bags and hand bags on 3rd floor with 3 year old kid. Washroom is too small.

I would recommend carrying your own towel instead of using the ones provided at the property. However, I do not recommend this place for people who are looking for a comfortable stay with family.

This place is good for bachelors and couples, and is affordable for people who are looking for a budget-friendly option. The staff at reception are really good and supportive for any kind of questions. We can prepare our own food as we have access to the kitchen. It's 16 minutes to Luzern central.

The hostel is quite expensive as are most accounts Luzern . We stopped 2 nights which was over £560 So Being charged 10 euro for parking didn’t go down well

Paying to park motorcycles. We have 2 days at this hostel in one week which cost us over £540 pounds m. I think being charged £20 to park motorcycle is a bit much
