For the room I stayed in during the first two nights, there were some hairs on the bed linens, which was unpleasant. I was in a hurry when changing rooms, so the room was a bit messy. I'm sorry about that. The bed linens in the new room are clean, but the bathroom is too small. It might be a bit difficult for people with a larger build. The faucet has separate hot and cold water.

The staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. Especially the girl with black hair in a ponytail. When I changed the room, a gentleman also helped me carry the suitcase upstairs. The location is nice, very close to the supermarket and the cable car station. The bed is quite comfortable. The room is not too small, and there is enough space for the suitcase. There is even a balcony.

Nice accommodations and very helpful staff. Great location in center of Andermatt. Parking was limited due to snowfall requiring 22 CHF paid parking approx 500 meters from hotel (not a bad walk though). Modest breakfast.

The room is very basic, with no mini fridge, no TV ( we were here over Christmas and would have loved watching Christmas movies at noght), and no coffee machine. The breakfast is very basic (cold meats, cheeses, breads and spreads, yogurt, and Meusli and Cereals)

Conveniently located. The restaurant has a great vibe,we had lunch here one day, and it was good. The family room has a big balcony. The room is spacious. The bed is comfy. The room is not too hot or too cold. Access was easy with access codes and communication was effortless. Hosts was very friendly and helpful.

The sound isolation isn’t enough, you can hear noise from the next room. The value to rent a room with a shared toilet is a little bit high.

The location was great. Close to the train station with 5 minutes walking. The room was clean. The hotel building is very beautiful.

There was no plug in the bathroom basin which could be a contact lens disaster, and the rooms were very small, but the atmosphere made up for it though.

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere, friendly host, clean room, parking for motorbike, restaurant and lounge looked great although we didn’t use either. We were able to take a take away breakfast with us in the morning as we left early, although this was only available from 7:30. Lovely town in a great location for the passes. Would definitely stay again.

The reception service. I booked via the app, my credit card has been charged a few days before. I received an email with the confirmation, also did the check-in online..as the hotel suggested to save time. Unfortunately the lady at the reception was really stressed, I told her my room was already paid. She opened the hotel system and asked me which card was the one for the payment. I told her the second one on the system, but I repeated again my room was charged via Booking and I told her to check before. She got mad and select the credit card to pay the room. I got charged twice, she called her boss and he said they will look next day. However she was rude, I told her to calm down. I was not doubting that they'll credit the money back, but her attitude. She could wait till the next day to confirm if the room was paid. Instead of charging me twice and making me feel as the person who was doing a mistake.

The room was really comfy. Tidy and clean, I had the balcony which for me was a plus. Really appreciated

Bedroom needed more storage / hanging space. Maybe a radiator hanger for lightweight clothes that need airing after skiing
