This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The city center is walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early. The garden was a nice place to sit and read.

Bathroom is too small!

Very clean, bed is very comfortable. I'm an allergic guy and this room exceed my cleaning and dust-free expectation, and no carpet. Staff were very nice. Zone is very quiet, far from trams and traffics. The atmosphere is a little bit informal, but cosy and original

The way to the nearest tram stop to where I was going required a small hike up the road.

The room was clean and had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, a rack for clothes, a desk to work, a shower, a hair dryer. Heating was great. I also requested earlier check in as I was coming from the night train. Although they were fully booked the previous day, they made it happen.

The bed was very comfortable! very convenient location to SBB, to city center, to Euro airport, the reception provides you with a city Card which is very nice to have (discounts and free public transport) In this expensive city Birsighof hotel is a very good solution

The shower looked like there was a misalignment with planning and execution :) the shower cabin was super tiny, the water tap was right under one's elbow when trying to shower. There were also no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. One of the pillows should be replaced, as it was clumped up inside.

Lovely quirky hotel, located on a quiet street, close to the city center with a bunch of restaurants and a zoo. We were given free transport passes and discounts to a bunch of museums. The check-in and check-out were super easy and fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful :) The hotel itself was quiet and charming. The room was spacious and had a desk and a closet. We took a wider bed, and it was huge! The bathroom had some heating under the floors.

I love this hotel, so many personal touches from the extra pillow, friendly welcome, message confirming arrival time, interesting art pieces all over the premises, to the fridge magnets on the elevator doors! Very nice to be surrounded by homey feeling while on business trip.

Small lift just fits 2 people with luggage.

Small hotel just outside the city centre, walk outside the front door turn left and about 5 mins walk to many restaurants etc.Turn right and about 10 mins walk to Zoo. Good breakfast. Will keep luggage after check out but not on a secure location.
