The location was absolutely amazing. The staff are the kindest people I ever met. We drove and I love the fact that they have hotel parking and they give you a bus ticket that takes you down town for free.

Hotel doesn't have a restaurant and there are only a couple of places to eat within walking distance unfortunately.

Our room was small but comfortable

The location on the lake was sensational, it was so nice to sit out on the terrace with a drink and enjoy the amazing view and the peace and quiet of this lovely town , just outside of Interlarken

The view of from our room was incredible! Getting a train to go to Interlaken was easy and they provide a little pass that allows you to take that train for free during your stay. We had to rush in the mornings so we didn’t get to sit down for breakfast but it looked amazing!

Limited food options around the hotel and no restaurant at the hotel. Beds are soft and since i have lower back issues, it escalated my pains

The location, it is very close to railway station,boat fleet and bus stop. BEAUTIFUL view from hotel terrace bar. The hotel crew is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great, fresh and tasty.

The location is perfect, on the shore of the lake; it is a quiet area and everything was perfect! Good food, the breakfast was delicious and the lady who helped us was very nice! Carmen, from the reception is also a very nice person; the personnel was supportive and kind! The room was spacious and clean, as well as the bathroom! I would recommend it strongly!

perfect location with perfect balcony view, the staff was amazing, i arrived late and i found them waiting for me at the hotel door. there is free parking at the hotel, the location is like 5 minutes from interlaken center.
