The room was clean and comfortable, and the one with a view of the Matterhorn was absolutely perfect! The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service.

Great location to ski lifts. Great ski storage and boot warmers. Ski bus out front of hotel to all local ski chairs. Easy walk from train station and a shuttle bus is available. Fantastic breakfast selection. Staff were outstanding. Very comfortable hotel as a base in Zermatt. Exceptionally clean hotel.

Likes - The location is just right at the point, from where the Matterhorn can be seen. - The staff is super cool, welcoming and cooperative. - Excellent facilities - Spa, Common microwave station, cutlery, etc. - Free pickup and drop facilities using e-cars from / to Train station to / from hotel - We got a room with a great mountain view Dislikes Absolutely nothing Highly recommend this hotel for any number of days.

There isn’t an elevator, so just beware if you have heavy bags id request a lower level

Loved hotel Bristol; location is perfect - inbetween all lift areas; ski bus stop 1 minute away, but you can walk to the lift (about 10 min); main street 5-7 minutes away; breakfast is superb - variety of local cheeses and meats, fresh juices, fresh baked bread and pastry etc. Large ski room with ski boots drier; Nice lounge area on the main floor; we had a room with a good size terrace and Mattehorn view - spectacular; rooms are on a small side though (Hey, it;s Europe), but very clean and well equipped; they have a wellness center with dry and wet sauna, cold bucket and ice maker (for the body); also, you can book a sauna outside in the yard; downstairs small business center with two computers, fax, copier; if I come back to Zermatt, Hotel Bristol is my best choice

A really lovely hotel where the staff are super-friendly. We had a fantastic large room with a view of the Matterhorn. Zermatt is not huge but this hotel is in a fantastic location, halfway between the train and cable car stations. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Zermatt.

The hotel is very cute and curated, recently renovated, nice interior design. The single room is right in size and is comfortable. Breakfast is great. The little spa with three different saunas is very nice and clean. Unfortunately the heating did not work, and i got blamed for not having reported this before 17:00, so they just dropped me an electric stove and i had to carry it to my room. I would have preferred more attention on this issue, for this i cannot give the maximum rating.

As for the bathtub, the equipment for stopping & flashing water is very difficult to use. In wellness, there’s no bathtub.
