Beds, clearly the beds were installed to accommodate 4 people, so nothing was very solid. Jacked up prices for the holiday season like all over Switzerland with no quality to show for it.

The room was warm and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location gave us a great base to explore the city around us, with plenty of attractions and stores within easy walking distance.

For a 5 people with 3 beds, there is only 2 plug-ins and it's just beside in 1 bed. I hope you can install also beside all 2 beds.

Yes, elevator is a must if you stayed in 5th floor. Place is very near to metro, a 2-3mins walk and 15mins walk to Lake Geneva. Reception & breakfast ladies we're so accomodating, thank you!

Small bathroom compared to size of bedroom. Could hear a telephone ringing once or twice during the night. One of us could hear the air conditioning. Room needed a few pieces of cutlery and crockery - there was only a few glasses but no cups or mugs for a hot drink or even tea and coffee supplied.

Well located for public transport to and from city centre and airport. Easy to get buses and trams with Geneva’s free public transport card available when you stay at a Otley. Rome had a fridge, microwave and kettle. Very good sized room. Walking distance to Lake Geneva.

Breakfast was very basic. Everything else was as expected.

We enjoyed the helpful staff, who couldn't do enough to help. The room for 3 of us was large and bright and very clean. It had everything we needed for the 3 days we were in Geneva & it is in a great location.

It was expensive for what it was. BUT! Flip side, probably not expensive for Geneva. Geneva is just outrageous when it comes to prices and the Calvy obviously has to exist where it exists!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - coffee was excellent - location was pleasant. Room size was amazing for a family of five. The air con unit made the top floor position tolerable but not comfortable (not quite powerful enough/very noisy). Not complaining about this! It was hot and it was the best it could be. But just commenting for people who would find the noise a problem.

My bed broke in the night so I had to fix it. There could be a better breakfast for the visitors.

The room was nice and big. The owner of place is really nice! I liked the way that he tried to help us with everything. Not everyone was like him.

Nice hotel and breakfast with big spacious room. We were really pleased to have a microwave and fridge in the room too. It was a little hot at night as it was on the top floor but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

It took an age to check in to the hotel, which was very annoying. Geneva offers free travel card for the duration of one's stay. They should have sent an email with the QR code for the pass. They did not. The hotel knew nothing about it and when I insisted they had to call someone to receive an email which offered free travel pass for only one day. Not good enough.

The 5p room is a bit too hot, works for me but didn't work for my partner, but it has ceiling fan and also a couple of portable ones. The room is outdated, in need of some basic renovation and small deco care.

The hotel is well located, the room is spacious and was clean (5p room), the staff is helpful and accomodating. We were given a city card and a map, and could go around with trams, busses and little boats. A very basic breakfast was included (bread, butter and nice croissants).

The wall with the wooden slates across the rooms can be dangerous as we bumped into them.

One night the people next door were very loud. I tried to sleep through it but finally at 3 a.m. I went downstairs and talked to the night person who called the people and the noise stopped immediately. Two of the four twin beds were hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were very friendly. The room was large. It was convenient to buses, breakfast was good.

Rooms need a upgrade, was like being back in the 1970s and the rooms were so hot, no way to control the heating, had to leave window open all night to cool down.
