Great stay in Luzern city, the pod was very comfy, I only missed a standard main electricity outlet (it had only a USB & USB-C outlet). The facilities were very clean!

Having to use the check-in kiosks when there was a member of staff on the desk - a bit ridiculous. The same staff member was quite unfriendly I found, on both check-in and the following evening when he was working also, and although he accommodated us and rearranged our pods so that we were in the one room, he didn't provide us with any information on the hostel itself, such as where to store our luggage when in the pod, breakfast information, information on bathrooms/showers, etc. Breakfast isn't included but is available for 14 CHF which is for a standard buffet breakfast and includes a hot drink. Didn't go for it myself as didn't think it was worth the money but others might find that it is. The pastries, etc, were cooked fresh so it was possibly a very nice breakfast - just a bit expensive for my liking. We put our luggage into one of the lockers after check-out as we weren't leaving until the late afternoon. When I went to take them out, the code we'd set didn't work. I tried a different, generic one, thinking I needed to reset it somehow and this opened the locker for us so not at all secure it would seem. Don't know if they automatically reset at a certain time each day or what happens but I found this odd.

First time staying in one of these pods and definitely like the concept. I found having to use codes to get into the hostel/hotel and room and pod was laborious. It meant you couldn't ever not have your phone on your when out of the pod/room to use the bathroom, for example. The pods were very clean but lockers for bags were outside of the room. There was shelving in the room but this wasn't secure. The pods themselves were very quiet so you'd surely manage a good night's sleep. Location was quite good but still a 10-15 minute walk from the train station but still well-located. Very near the Lion Monument. The hostel/hotel itself was very modern and clean. Free luggage storage for after check-out but I noticed something odd about this.

My stay was absolutely worth every penny! The location was incredibly convenient, making everything easily accessible. The capsules were spotless, and the washrooms were impeccably clean. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was warm, cheerful, and always eager to help. A special mention to Loka at reception—his kindness and openness made me feel truly welcome. Location was great, just leisurely 15 minute walk, from railway station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Being a capsule hotel I was surprised to see the broad age range of clients staying at the hotel which was a positive thing in my opinion. Simple instructions to gain entry from outside hotel, entrance to bedroom door and capsule.. Bathroom very clean and great supplies of toiletries etc. Great chill out lounge area with access to tapped still, sparking and chilled water and a kettle. Breakfast looked great but I didn't purchase it.

Naturally, I was a bit afraid of sleeping in a capsule for the first time but the whole stay was great! The hotel is modern, clean. Capsules have comfortable mattresses, the exchange of air inside works great and there is enough space for not feeling claustrophobic. There is a nice lobby for guests and the staff was very friendly and showed me around. Definitely a great price for a night in Switzerland. Very recommended.

Only USB inside the cabin, but luckily USB C that was able to charge my laptop. A fridge would be very helpful. Found the capsule a little hot, no temperature control, I left the door open before sleeping for a while which made it better. Booked an upper capsule, but was given a lower capsule (which is a little more expensive), not sure why, is that better?

Well priced for Switzerland with more privacy than a hostel. Very well thought out, eg providing floor towels for the bathroom, which was very clean when I went in the evening. Nice open space to relax, serves some food, would be good to told more about that before arrival. Short walk or bus from the station (bus pass given for free with the accomodation).

Loved my stay here! It was fun to experience a true capsule that locks and everything! The art in the capsule is pretty cool. There's a mirror, hooks, outlets, some space on the side of the bed for some things. There are also cubbies on the side of each bed (a little confusing since I wasn't sure which was mine). The lockers are big but are in the hallway and are first come first serve so my locker was kinda far from my room.

I liked everything! One of the best capsule stays! But if I’m being critical, a fridge to store basics (milk, cheese) would be great. They offer breakfast but were a bit out of my budget. I rarely saw anyone purchase the breakfast too so maybe a more simple breakfast of cereal, hot drinks and toast/bagels for free or small fee would entice people to eat together in the lounge.

Location is super close to old town, train station was easy to get to/from with luggage and lots of supermarkets nearby. The hostel is super high-tech which allowed for easy luggage storage, check-in and security! Bathrooms were large and plentiful cubicles, never had to wait. Having access to some kitchen facilities was great!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed in winter and the capsule was really cosy, I slept so well. The bathroom was so clean and a nice space to get ready for the day. It has everything you need and the cafe is lovely.
