The lighting in the mens toilet and shower stalls were very dim. Only one of them had decent lighting.

My capsule had a light that was slightly flickering but it wasn’t that bad when i turned the brightness down.

The location was amazing. Near city centre and relatively close to everything. It was very clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. All amenities were included.. no need to bring your own towel or shampoo/shower gel. Even had hand and body lotion. Hair driers were also available. In the hallway there were big lockers available to any guest so you dont have to keep all your things in your capsule.

Perfect. No flaws. Location were amazing. Capsule was clean and super comfortable. Bathroom is neat and clean. Great place and staff as well. Highly recommended to anyone travelling solo.

Very good for one night in Lucerne, easy check in process, felt very clean and good location. Nice coffee in the cafe. The shared bathrooms were very clean and the capsules were larger and more comfortable than expected. Much nicer than staying in a hostel.

Lack of natural light, lack of light in the ladies' toilets. The shower with a hot jet and immediately with a cold jet.

I like that it is very modern, you can manage everything with an app on your phone. I also like that the unit was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which is better than sharing a dormitory because is private and less noisy. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast is not included but you can pay for the breakfast, and it's good. They let you save your luggage in the locker before check-in and after check-out. The toilets have hairdryer, enough space to get ready.

Only usb/usb-c plugs in pod, so couldn’t charge devices that required a plug. Big lockers are outside of room.

Probably best bed in terms of privacy/space I’ve experienced in a hostel, the door locks so you’re in an enclosed room, can even leave bags in there due to the lock. Clean bathrooms with big showers, large social area.

The location a bit far if walk from the train station. However after check in, there are guests card which you can use for free transportation.

Next to the hotel is coop, easier to buy groceries. Walk around is easier. Clean and nice bathroom. Luggage storage is available. Everything is good for me.
