Hard to communicate with the personnel, since they don''t speak English at all. Unless you speak Italian you are lost. VERY warm room, nobody could tell me how to turn off the heaters. Small single beds. Poor breakfast.

Everything was fine for a short business stay. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, everything you need is provided, and the breakfast is good enough to start the day. Price-wise it is also a good deal.

The location is very good, central, the lake, the city center & etc are all in a 5-10 min walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful, explained every detail to assist us in planning our trip.

Not that I didn’t like but one of the days the room wasn’t done. No big deal though :) I was more put off by how hot it was at breakfast, definitely no air con down there!

Well located, everything is easy. Clean and air con works well. Brekkie is simple but good. Staff is friendly. This was my second time in the hotel.

the bed sheets are not clean. Wifi super weak and the room location makes the usual phone signal weak too, I cannot access videos and messages normally, which is really affecting my experience. The staffs' english level might need an improvement as well, as when i asked for city pass & enquire about which zones the pass covers, they cannot understand my question. -Ah yes and the travel pass is not offered readily, u have to ask for it (which is a bizzare coz it was self check-in, meaning that I can only ask the reception for the pass when i checked out......).

Breakfast was ok, the staff specially brought me hot milk when i wanted to make coffee latte out of a shot of espresso. Room feel safe and had a good enough sleep.

No one available in the evening to help if needed; none of the 4 wifi codes we received worked on any of our devices sadly; needed an extra pillow i had requested but it was not placed in rooms and after checking in and noticing, there was no one to ask for the extra pillow. I requested from the cleaning staff in the morning and they helped, but it would have been nice to have from first night.

No reception staff in the afternoon when we checked in, but a lock box to get the key worked well Wi-Fi was not able to log in and be aware parking is unsecured and you have to pay

The only thing that I dislike in this hotel is the limited time of the reception until 12 pm.

All is well organized even we arrive after the reception leave, and the hotel was closed but the keys was in a safe with a code send to us and enter from the night door

We had arrived at the hotel before 6pm and expected check-in by staff as stated in the website. Instead we had to do it ourselves with key and code provided outside hotel door. A bit confused with the process initially but we understood soon enough.

Breakfast was excellent with good spread - one of highlights of our stay. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, which is much welcome for the hot summer days.

The breakfast was a bit poor. Reception was not 24/7.

The position was close to the park and 5min from the bus station that takes you to the train station. The staff was nice, the room clean and modern. TV had international programs.

A couple of minutes walking distance from the lake. Great location. The room & bathroom were clean. The air conditioning was perfect. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfy. Electronic rolling shutters were my best if you would like to sleep in the dark.
