As we were a group of boys ,it would have been nice to use the lounge past 22:00 for some drinks and to play some cards etc. Nothing else to not like.

Perfect location. New and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. Especially worth mentioning is the hospitality and friendly attitude of the hotel manager. I highly recommend and will definitely come back here.

Very cosy location in the middle of the mountains, at the edge of the town but walking distance to all facilities. The spa was created with a wonderful view. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

There was a misunderstanding regarding the use of the sauna so we ended up not being able to use it. We ended up in the pool but it was chilly.. and we didn’t stay long. breakfast was buffet..and while it covered major items- fruit looked a bit sad.. It wasn’t clear to us via booking that there was a dog fee- while we were ok to pay would be good to know amount.. upfront.

Beautifully furnished nice rooms with great views!! Kettle was appreciated Staff were friendly and gave lots of information Dog friendly and very helpful with our boy. Price versus quality ratio was really good especially when thinking about the options with the guest pass.- free gondolas and access to the pool, we would stay again and thought it was a lovely property

There might be few small details that could be improved but in the overall is a great hotel.

It is a family hotel and it is managed with a lot of love and care. The hotel stuff do their best to make their guests feel happy & satisfied. They are helpful & friendly. The breakfast is varied and with quality local food. The hotel is situated at the Center of Samnaun village. The Wellness & Spa is wonderful to relax after skiing or an outside activity.

Bit noisy from the next room, but highly depends on other guests behaviour. Parking space is on the short side for the amount of guests.

The perfect place for a relaxing week on the Alps. The apartments are well equipped and spacious, breakfast is abundant and very tasty, and Denise is a very kind host. After tons of hiking/biking activities, having the possibility to rest in the swimming pool and sauna is precious.

Unfortunately the cable cars only opened a week later, even though it was a long bank holiday weekend.

It was the first day of opening for the summer season. Very friendly and helpful welcome and service. Standard room had all you need with a lovely view on the fields and the mountains. Inside pool and Spa area very clean, comfortable and cosy. Very good breakfast buffet. Big car park in front of the hotel. A few minutes walk from the centre of the village. Very quiet.
