Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Would have been better if we had a lift to go to the room. With the extra luggage that would have been much helpful. But, even without it, the stay worth what we spent for it.
Was a very good stay as a make shift one to our next train. Staff was friendly and they helped us to arrange a half an hour early checkin. Overall the stay was enjoyable and happy.

Organization, we arrived with a big group of people, more than 10 rooms were booked, they knew all this in advance, but check in took long time, because only one guy worked at the desk. Spend about an hour, even one of us started to help. Not sure about other guests, but I had mentioned that we would arrive late. We were tired, so… May be for such days, they need two on duty
Location may be, we stayed for one night, and left early morning, so cannot say anything more

Parking costs extra despite the garage being empty. Night staff were endearing but didn't speak very good German or English which made our check-in a bit of a battle - they tried to charge us for the room multiple times despite us having paid already.
Easy stopover when heading into the mountains from Zurich. We landed late so this made sense. I'd argue very good value for money, shower is great bed is comfy.

Location was only near fast food outlets - would have had to walk half an hour back into town for a decent restaurant.

Additional pillows in the rooms would have been good. Despite being relatively close to Chur centre, taxis are around 16 Euros each way which is a little expensive.
Very good room size with large beds. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful. Convenient facilities around the hotel and convenient for Chur via Uber/Taxi. Nice to have a bar in the hotel, it was also lovely and warm!

Nothing.
Exceptionally clean and great for a short stopover. The staff member who checked us in was exceptional in his service and advice and welcome. A little further out but only 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and buses were almost to the door from the train station. Easy even with luggage.

The TV channels a lot of didn't work but apart from that no other issues.
Location was great and the hotel parking underground was good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

It’s outside a small town, next to a petrol station and no restaurants or cafes.

Breakfast was rather expensive but I guess that is just Switzerland.
It was nice that we could check in late. Parking was easy. And it was nice that we could use a bike room to store our bicycles in.

The shower door did not have a good seal and water leaked all over the bathroom floor. Had to try and mop it up and wear shoes to feel safe enough to use the attached hairdryer (which was more like a hair hose and not very efficient)
Clean and comfortable for an overnight stay before taking the Bernina Express. Was worried that it was too far out of old town but the bus was remarkably easy to catch from right out the front of the hotel. The hotel will give you a free bus pass to use. We didn't have this after arriving by train so made the half hour walk from station to hotel. Good bed, large TV and extra pillows were supplied on request. We had breakfast included. No baked beans, scrambled eggs or bacon but you could boil an egg, make a pancake, cereals, fruit, cheese and meats.

The man on reception when we arrived was really helpful. He explained about the buses, the cable car and most amazing for my other half details of how to get to Giger bar where all things Alien happen.Also if you hang a little bag on your door to say you don't need the room cleaning you get a little surprise gift!!
