Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It's a bit old school, design wise. Might need a renovation. A bit like a very old train station hotel ;)
Does the job, totally ok bur zero fancy. So good jib not more, while not being bad. The pyramid type building is kind of fancy.

Addition of an electric kettle and an electric oven will make this property more attractive.
It's a nice place to stay and value for money. The mountain views from the balcony was awesome. A good choice for a budget stay.

I would prefer that they didn’t charge so high (12 CHF) per day for ibis guests at the underground parking.
It’s a good budget hotel in general and also we got an upgrade with double rooms so helped us a lot with our small baby to sleep better . Location is great (fast food outlets and supermarkets just downstairs) and the reception guys were helpful is some requests. Also you get the guest card which helps you in free public transport use and some discounts on the cable car near to hotel to go up to Brambeusch peak.

Location was good, we arrived late afternoon and communication from train station was good, can take a city bus. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were good, it was only a night stay, so nothing much to mention. Recommended for all kind of travelers.

The room was pretty good and to be expected for an Ibis hotel. Not really anything anyone can do to improve it - it just is a reasonable product at a good price. That's why we booked it.
The location was really good. Easy to catch a bus into the city centre. Room was as expected for the Ibis - value for money, but not fancy or overly comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus.

the location quite far from the train station, but near the bus station.

I would have liked something like a boiling vessel.
We got a room upgrade we didn't ask for but it was nice, the shower was nice and the view from our room was pretty good. And the hotel was pretty close to the train station if chur west so it was easily reasonable.

Room for 3 is very small, barely enough space to open luggages and move around. Lack of place to hang and air clothing.
Staff were very friendly. Bus stop to the city is very conveniently located right in front of the hotel.

We got an attic room which need to climb stairs from 3rd floor, room is OK with 3 large attic windows in 3 different corner, we love to stay more night in this room if we could but our time is tight since we are catching out bernina train trip early in the morning.

Due to the nature of the building (a pyramid) room ceiling height was limited with heavy beams over beds. Sofa beds were very creaky but once in are comfortable! Room needs a makeover.
Ok for couple nights stopover. Room was basic. Quite a distance from the station and town but has a very convenient bus stop outside with frequent service. Fast food and other outlets nearby.

Charging outlets were limited.
A bit away for city center, about 15 minute walk, but good parking space (though at a price) and a felt more roomy. Nice view of the mountains from our room that came with spacious balcony.

The impression of the hotel was bit dark. Room was clean and just what we needed like photo but I found the price is bit too expensive according facility. Maybe Swiss price.
I felt underground parking was safe with security door. The room was clean and got terrace.

The decor was a little tired and it would have been helpful to have more plug sockets. However the hotel is advertising a future refurbishment so I am sure these will be addressed.
The room was clean and functional with a balcony. It was also nice and quiet. The hotel is due to be refurbished soon to bring it up to date.

Lift is only there till 3rd floor. For 4th and 5th floor you have to take stairs
Stayed here as a pitstop before boarding the Bernina Express. Very good and clean place at a nice location. Hotel gave us local city bus passes as complimentary. Bus stop is just next to the hotel so it was very convenient to go to the city center.

Breakfast is expensive, McDonalds or the petrol station next door offer alternatives, as do supermarkets in the city
Excellent value for money. The guy on reception was very helpful ( problems with the requested kettle were sorted quickly, and extra pillows provided).Comfy bed and great views. A very clean hotel but a bit tired and renovation is planned for 2024. It is easily accessible by No. 1 bus from the train station,( about 10 minutes journey) with free bus passes provided on arrival.
