I decided to not have breakfast at the hotel because of the price - 26 CHF is a lot. Besides that, it was all really great

Great room - I think I was upgraded for free: I've stayed at CitizenM hotels before and standard rooms are usually not so big. So I appreciated the upgrade! Very spacious. The bed at CitizenM is just fantastic, I slept so well! The toiletries were nice, the towels extra fluffy, casting my Disney+ account from my phone was super easy... The people at the reception and café were super nice, they made me fresh ginger tea even if I don't think it was on the menu, and were overall really kind. Super quiet, super relaxing. The location is also great, it was a 10 minute walk from the train station and right in front of a great coffee place. Plus, you're in the city center so close to wherever you need to go - but super quiet anyway! I would 100% go again.

The location is perfekt with walking distance to evrything in Zurich sentrum. the staff is very friendly is service there is fantastisk will stay at this hotel next time in zurich and loved the remote ipad the rooms

Nothing not to like about this CitizenM.

We had a wonderful stay at citizenM. It caters for all our needs from the bottled water to scrumptious breakfast and the most comfortable beds and pillows. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about our first stay in a CitizenM. Super comfy huge bed, its rare to have enough fluffy pillows but this bed did not disappoint! Great blackout blinds that led to a lovely nights sleep. Lots of comments about lack of privacy in the bathroom but we never thought it was a problem, and the shower was amazing, I turned into a prune in there! Loved the whole technology aspect of this stay, super simple to use and entertaining. Will definitely stay in one of these hotels again. We turned up early to check in hoping that they would hold our bags somewhere but the room was ready for our stay.

The only issue which is minor the bed is up against the wall so partner had to climb over me to get out of bed.

I loved the location and the easy access to the trams, which were very easy to navigate. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Loved the shower and bed was comfortable.

They should add signage at the main gate to guide guests where the checkin/ reception located ( I guided guests twice while I was heading out). Also there was only one staff at all time in the reception area helping clients for checkin/ checkouts / luggage storage. I think there should be a bottle of water in the room.

Location is perfect. Room is ok CitizenM standards. I liked the common area downstairs. Speciality coffee place right in-front of the hotel. Staff were helpful whenever I needed anything.

We weren't crazy about having to access room controls from an IPad. Lights, temperature, shades, etc. But that is a personal preference. The way the rooms are situated the person sleeping next to the window has to climb over the person on the outside as the bed is against the wall. This meant waking my husband in the night for a trip to the bathroom. Entrance doors to the room were heavy and didn't always open with the first keycard attempt. Not as close to the historic area as we would have liked. Wanted to extend for one more night, based on travel arrangements and we wefe told they had already overbooked and the price almost doubled.

The check-in was easy, the rooms are spacious, hot shower and the downstairs areas are nice for chatting, reading, or doing on-line work.

The cost at $400 a night, but Zurich is a beautiful but expensive city.

Nice place but self check in and check out makes it a bit impersonal for the cost of the stay.
