my husband had stayed in CitizenM before and loved it. He was excited to see there was one available in Zurich. I can only agree with him now that I’ve stayed here! the facilities, the staff, the tech! I loved it all. we are planning another trip and we will choose CitizenM again! cant go wrong!

we stayed there 3 nights and there was only 1 day room cleaning service. There was no request option that was not nice. Towels should be change everyday. ( by asking option)

Rooms were small but okay, well designed. we stayed as 1 person per room and it was okay. However if you stay 2 person, room seems small. Breakfast was very good, all day hot drinks option is very good idea.

Windows can’t open and you rely only on aircon. Very unpleasant during night as the air is very dry. Also, the room is a bit smaller but we didn’t mind.

I think breakfast could have had more of a selection like sausage and baked beans, my partner is Sikh and doesn’t eat bacon. I would have liked kettle, coffee and tea in room. The menu lacked a variety of meals I didn’t like when I opened the blind that the adjoining room could see in the window reflection (freaky)

I loved the room but I felt isolated as there was no opening window. I loved the iPad to control lights and other things I loved the staff very friendly and helpful Exceptionally clean Great location for train station

The room disposition was not perfect. The fact that the bed is put in one side of the room doesnt make much sense. The reception with this phygital approach of doing yourself the check in and check out - although in theory a good idea - in reality it never really works. The machine cant read your card or ID... at the end you need to always be asking the staff for help. And even for them is not ideal because they have 3 customers at the same time trying to do the same.

Location is really central. The entire hotel is well designed (in terms of furniture). Very Pop Art. Friendly Staff.

The AC in the bedroom didn’t warm as expected, and it was noisy, to the point that I add to turn it off during the night.

Impeccable design, almost like being in a vitra showroom. The interactivity in the rooms adds an extra touch. Really nice.

Unfortunately we found a few corners that have not been cleaned to standard, like the window having some "nose prints" from the previous guest.

The good thing about CitizenM hotels is you know exactly what you will find. They have completely standardised the room and the automated check-in process. This style of Hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but it works for me.
