That the default for the room cleaning was that you had to request it, instead of having the opposite be the case. It should be that you say you don't want your room cleaned daily. No hair conditioner, either, and it felt like water was added to the hand soap to extend it more which seemed a little cheap & unsanitary.

Loved the free hot beverages all day and the blackout blinds! We slept great. The breakfast was also delicious. Would definitely come here again. The lounge vibes were great for getting some work done, too.

The cleaning of the room was not great. My bathroom floor was left unswept and the trash waa not even emptied out. It’s disappointing to come home to your hotel room after a full day to find out that it wasnt cleared properly.

The location was great. Although we did not use any, the meeting rooms on the ground floor seemed very well designed and condusive for their purpose.

room was incredibly small, the size of a closet. the bed is pushed against the window so if you’re sharing with your partner you have to jump over them to get in and out of bed.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Loved the sanitizers everywhere. Unlimited cold glass bottles of tap water. The staff very friendly, easy check in and check out. Nice lobby. The room is very modern, extremely small but comfortable. Tiny room but has everything that you need, equipped with a lot of technology and fancy gadgets to play with. Good location, in old Zurich, close to a lot of restaurants, attractions, Lake Zurich, stores, and very close to the train station.

Location was amazing, really close to everything. Room was exactly the same of the pictures (size of the windows was a lovely surprise). If you are coming from Zurich HB Station, you can walk around 10 minutes and get easily to the hotel.

Since it's such a modern place, it would be great if the hotel offered a yoga mat to use in the room. I didn't ask, but couldn't find such a service on the iPad that controls everything in the room. There is no room service, but it was not something that I was looking for on this trip.

It was a very well planned room, with all the necessities. Very modern and fresh environment. The bed was very large. The layout with the washroom toilet and shower behind frosted glass and the sink in the room was a bit disconcerting but definitely efficient. So the space would work for two if they don't need a lot of privacy in the washroom. The location was good, close to everything.

I was a bit confused with the checking in process but it was my first time, but there was a very helpfull staff member who lead me through everything.

Nothing as such. Everything was amazing.

The breakfast, the location and the automation in the rooms - everything was top notch. Checking in was a smooth experience as it was automated. I didn't have to wait at the reception to get the keys, I could do everything smoothly myself. The location of the apartment is really central in Zurich as it's walkable distance from the high street (Bahnoffstrasse). The room was luxurious and well connected. I had access to automatic curtains and even different lighting in the room that made my stay even better!
