In the Sauna it's very unhygienic if people are wearing textile! Sauna's are always naked! It's very disgusting to see people in bikinis and shorts on the wood! 😉

We loved that it was very new. Contemporary Swiss style. The room was excellent and the bed, comforter and pillows were extremely comfortable. The Jacuzzi, sauna and relaxing area, with view of the mountains were so relaxing, that it made us wish that we could stay longer.

I was blown away by my stay! The rooms were not only spacious but also equipped with everything you could possibly need. The cozy bar was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. I was particularly impressed by the spa area with its fantastic view. The staff were consistently super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!"

Breakfast seemed to have too little to chose from for the price. Eggmaker only had instructions in French.

It is very modern. Room was cosy and quite big, with balcony. Bathroom facilities are top notch, same for bed - very comfortable. Enough towels. There were tea and coffee in the room. Fresh juice for the breakfast. People are super great and helpful.

At a 4-stars hotel breakfast, I would expect some fresh vegetables, at least sliced cucumbers and salad leaves. Also, would expect more variety of cold cuts.

Workers were drilling holes into the wall at 9AM! It was like they were drilling right into my brain, and nobody cared about it when I mentioned that. I mean, it's super low season so do the job in the afterenoon and respect paying guests. That was very anoying. Sauna's are nude, wearing textile is grouse...

There is no personnel 24hours in hotel and they didn't mention this while confirming the booking. When we arrive the hotel, there was nobody. I called but none picked up the phones. Even says they called us during the day several times, this is a lie. I and my wife must had to find another hotel in the middle of night. Besides to that, they charged the accommodation cost and refused to return my money back. I don't recommend this hotel, and will never stay at there.

The surrounding of the building was partly still under construction, e.g. the spa terrace was resembling a construction area. At the restaurant we were initially told that we would have needed to reserve a table beforehand because they were understaffed and could not accommodate us. The waiter eventually agreed to serve us nevertheless, and the dinner was fine. The huge TV screen turned on in the middle of the night, although we did not use it at all, waking us up. It took us several minutes to find the remote and turn it off again, so our sleep was interrupted for a while. There was a light sewer smell in the room, the shower clogged unexpectedly in the morning resulting in the bathroom flooding during showering. The reception was unavailable by phone, so we had to remove the water from the room ourselves with our towels in order not to make the mess worse. After walking down to the reception we were told that they did not receive any call and they would take care of the problem. After finishing breakfast and returning to the room, it turned out that the room service had done nothing, and the wet towels we had used to get rid of the flooding were still on the floor. We were told that nothing could be done while we were still occupying the room. The receptionist offered us a small rebate for the inconvenience, which did not really make up for the issues encountered. We were told that the place was up and running only for a couple of months before we visited. It seemed that the issues encountered were possible due to the recent construction of the place and will probably be resolved in the near future. Unfortunately the experience as a whole was not what we expected from a boutique hotel given the price of the stay.

Good location, friendly staff, bike cleaning facilities, restaurant with a good selection of tasty food, comfy beds, nice spa.
