My regular accommodation in Geneva. Just next to Cornavin station. Access from the airport is just easy. It is also very convenient as there are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Stayed NYE 2024/25. Hotel is just a couple minutes walk from the train station. Location is ideal to explore Geneva. Hotel a bit dated, however, we had everything we needed, room was large and clean. Very reasonably priced. Staff friendly. Breakfast on top floor with panoramic views, amazing.

The room isn’t so well equipped, e.g., no hair conditioner. And you can’t turn the bathroom light on without turning the room light on.

Right next to the train station, but not too noisy. The hotel is attractive, immaculately clean, and the rooms are fine. They allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out but before we were ready to leave Geneva.

The room was a bit tired.

We stayed due to its proximity to the train station (we had a bunch of ski gear). The room was large. The breakfast was very good and the team there were lovely. Good value.

Reception personnel should be trained better. Some are rude and incompetent, lacking customer service care conduct. The management is compensating for it fairly. My advise is to ask for their supervisors if you are not satisfied with their services.

The hotel is situated right in the corner to the Central Railway station in Geneva. Very convenient for working in Geneva while on a business trip.

It was a little distressing to arrive late at night to find the front door locked and no sign of any staff. We found a doorbell, but it was not marked, and we were uncertain if it would raise any attention. I went looking around in the dark, and finally someone sauntered up to let us in and check us in. Also, getting our luggage up the steep front steps was a little challenging so this hotel might not suit anyone with mobility issues.

This hotel is right next door to the main Geneva rail station, so a fantastic location for our late night arrival. The room was huge, with a separate large bathroom and washbasin, and nicely appointed. The room faced the rail line but was very quiet.

Very warm and stuffy rooms. Even with the thermostat turned down it was stifling and the only option is to open the window, which then becomes noisy with the tram traffic below.

Rooms needs to be more sound proof . As there was this strange sound after every few minutes maybe the station is close by so could have been of passing train or wind . But that's personal opinion as I am really sensitive to noise or sounds and don't like it when I am trying to sleep .

Staff was good , don't remember the exact name but I think her name was Linda she was at reception when I checked in . She did help me to provide with map to go for cable ride car and guided me what way of transport will be best . Rooms were clean . Overall good experience .

We couldn't work out the heating controls in the room. We could have asked reception, but after a day of travel we were very tired and just wanted to sleep. The room was very warm and we wanted it a little cooler.

Location was absolutle perfect for us. We had an early flight to catch so being right next to the station was amazing. The staff at the front desk were excellent and very helpful indeed. We mentioned we needed to buy power adapters and they lent us some. They were very friendly - it was an enjoyable check-in experience.

Maybe breakfast should include more healthy/fit options. Also a few members of the staff at the reception desk lacked some different cultures awareness, but nothing too serious if they take the appropriate training to improve their soft skills on this topic.

Perfect location with Cornavin Central Station just downstairs. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable, huge and perfect to rest but also to work if needed. Views from the breakfast room at 8th floor are fantastic, and the people working there and also cleaning the rooms are efficient and nice.

A little dated with the wooden wardrobes. The mattress was too soft. I wasn’t asked at checkout how my stay was and whether everything was ok with my stay,

The property is centrally located a few steps away from the main train station. Majority of restaurants and shopping areas are also close by.

Didn’t have a great sleep because of the noise from the trains and also the pillow was very thin with only 1 on the bed. The TV had poor signal and was scrambled for the majority of the time.

The location to the train station was very good as it was across the road although this did disrupt my sleep. Good price for location.

The toilet needs to be upgraded, including the showers as the water pressure is low
