The room could have been a little bigger, however I only paid for a standard room, and it was of the advertised size.

Full English, good quality buffet breakfast Whilst the hotel is located about 1.8km from the city centre, there is a choice of frequent and punctual public transport connections within 200m walking distance of the property, both tram and trolley-bus, which facilitate hassle-free access to all corners of Zurich. Clean and comfortable room. Because I made it clear that I was on a business trip, I was given a quiet room with views overlooking the hotel gardens and city. The dinner menu in the restaurant was excellent and the food was reasonably-priced and delicious.

Overall, my stay was good, but I noticed a couple of issues in the room. When I first entered, there was a strange smell, and the curtains didn’t seem very clean. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

From the moment I arrived, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff welcomed me warmly and had my room ready even before my expected arrival time, which was a pleasant surprise. The communication throughout my stay was excellent, making everything seamless and stress-free. The hotel itself was peaceful and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment to relax. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Had to pay deposit incase of any damage , although you do get it back . Make sure you take photos of any damage you notice and report to reception as soon as you get there .

This last time I went, the only thing I didn't like was that the girl who cheek in me in was a bit rude.

I really like this hotel because of the facilities it has, and it is always clean. The kitchen staff was very nice, the breakfast chef was very attentive and nice.

Lovely hotel with great staff and comfy beds, hotel provides parking and is approx 10-15 mins away on tram from centre. Bar was nice with good variety of drinks, breakfast was one of the best I've had. Really nice relaxing setting also.

Attitude of the receptionist at the time of check out who I was told was a trainee. She did not know how to speak to the customer as she alleged that my breakfast was not included in the price. After a while her colleague came in that she had opened a wrong room with a different customer. She did not have any decency to say sorry even right at the end to me. I will not recommend to anyone to book this hotel. The whole experience was awful right from the start as we booked our room with 2 single beds, but when we went into our room, we found it was double bed. After a hectic journey, this was the last thing to do to change the room

I paid three nights, but for emergency, I stayed only one night and asked them to return the remaining amount they refused So I will be in Zurich next week and I may stay in the same hotel so can you take care of this issue

The hotel rooms are very dated and small

The great Holmes Place gym in the basement of this hotel made our stay at this hotel, great range of equipment, pool and spa facilities. The restaurant was good.

I just felt like the room was a bit small, we didn't have enough space for our luggages ... (My impression).

The staff was so kind, we arrived before our check-in time and they let us use our room since it was ready. We were celebrating my child's birthday... They gave us vouchers for free drinks (very generous from them). There's jacuzzi and spa so it's always nice after a long day in Zurich. From the railway station you can take the tram way number 2 or 3.. then walk only 2/3 mins. There's a free gym area.

Carpets in our two rooms in need of being replaced.

Easy online booking, when flight got cancelled due to snow. Breakfast better than expected. Functional hotel, did not get a chance to use extra facilities - which looked inviting.
