ItalyThe closet and coffee station were quite dusty, but it's no big deal.
I really loved my room and its view! It was very spacious for one person. There were also a hiking backpack and a tote bag inside the closet. The coffee station and minibar were all included, which is quite rare. The breakfast buffet was varied, plentiful and delicious! You will always find something to eat in the lobby, such as snacks, cakes, croissants. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and recommend this place to anyone.

Super comfy and beautiful with a super relaxing spa. The staff was so nice! The free pick-up and return from the station. The breakfast had avocado, cream cheese, exotic fruits and even an orange juice squeezer. Really all in the details - from the welcome chocolate and free drinks at the room, to the amenities and tea in the wellness area, to the ski room and the possibility to take a shower before we leave.

United StatesThe bathtub was very unsafe for older people. There was no bathmat for showering and no grab bars to get out of the bath. Please put in some grab bars or add a bathmat 100 people a year die in Switzerland in their showers because they are unsafe.
This is an amazing hotel very comfortable very quiet with a view of the Matterhorn from my windows the breakfast is the best I’ve ever experienced in the hotel in my 70 years. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It was exemplary in every way. And affordable at the beginning of December
