Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel is accessible by bus, but also out of the action in the main city centre with less food options nearby. Luckily there is UberEats. More suitable if you drive.
Breakfast offerings were ample, with bacon and scrambled eggs, as well as guests being able to boil eggs to your own liking. Wonderful fresh croissants!

There were no minibar or coffee making facilities in the room.
The free ticket for public transport and discounts for local sights and attractions.

It was hot while I was there and there’s no air conditioning but that is an unusual issue. The fan in the room kept me cool enough
Not in the center of Montreux so it was away from the crowds but incredibly easy to catch the bus to get into Montreux, and not too far away. And the bus is free. Also, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was also absolutely delicious.

The location was great and bus was right across the street to ride into city center. The hotel is somewhat dated but clean and breakfast was excellent. The one drawback was no air conditioning, which we knew about but should have realized we needed that!

It would be nice to have had a room with A/C. There's a fan in the room though, so we slept very well.
The breakfast definitely exceed our expectations - it had all the "usual" food and drinks you can find but you could tell the quality of everything was exceptional.

A little expensive for a motorway stop type hotel, but then again it is Switzerland (also see likes). Car park isn't obvious and isn't very big, did manage to squeeze in.
Close to the motorway, and only 10 min drive into Montreux proper. Nice rooms, quite up to date, good bathroom. The breakfast was also very nice.

We were bumped from other accommodation and this was a last minute booking for us. It was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay that was conveniently located near Montreaux and nearby motorways. Not walkable to the places we were looking to visit in Montreaux, but just a short drive.

Restaurant did not have too much choice for vegetarians
Great hotel just out of Montreux central, but easily accessible by bus or walking. Staff, rooms, bathroom were all good - they had upgraded us to a better room. Parking on site.

The staff was amazing. The young lady who checked us in was so very helpful. She was maybe the only one who could speak much English. She was also there the next morning! The restaurant has excellent food. And breakfast was free with the room, which hasn't been the norm for us on this trip to Europe.

One of the staff is quite helpful when we arrived on Sunday afternoon because the hotel notify us via E-mail there may be no staff in the front desk being on duty on Sunday. The public bus station is so close just opposite the street that you can hop on the bus to the lakeside in 15 minutes. Guest parking is easy as well.

In general it is good, just prefer wooden floor than carpet.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good location just next to the bus station.
