Shower head was a little bit strange - did not sit well in holder and so pointed in a slightly skewed direction.

Location - close to lakes edge ..approx. 10 minute walk. Use of car park in city (had to pay but at least convenient). Clean room with good facilities and a balcony to look over the town and up the nearby mountains. Staff were helpful when needing some help. Breakfast was good - continentsl style.

The description of the view was a little deceiving however i imagine the nicer rooms do have a good view! Beds weren't super comfortable.

Clean, easy to find and get to from the main train station by bus, good enough for a quick stay and fairly good price for Switzerland. Breakfast area looked really nice unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try. If looking for a 1 or 2 night stay i would recommend something closer to the main station as there isnt a lot to see in this area.

Great welcome and the late arrival was managed very well and even the restaurant kept open. Breakfast nicely set up. Perfect checkout. Very friendly staff. Rooms somewhat small, but it served the purpose of one night stay.

The room was noisy, the trains run just some 30 meters away. The dinner service was uncomfortable. I am not used to being touched, even so in a friendly way while I am sitting having dinner. Another team member aggressively talked to me when I did not react to his greeting, in Italian. Something he assumed I understood. I wasn't happy and I did not feel like going back to have breakfast in case I ran into this entitled man.

The reception team was kind and helpful. The hotel was easy to access, and the information they provided was super. The room was clean, and the shower was brilliant.

the rooms are quite small, especially the bathroom and our room smelled of smoke. it was a no smoking room but there was an ask tray on the balcony which probably explained the smell.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and obliging. there is very much a family feel to Hotel Delfino. They also have great facilities for cyclists and mountain bikers with dedicated storage, cleaning and maintenance areas. we also got two complementary bottles of water each day which was greatly appreciated

It was a bit far from the center, however the place is quite.

The room was clean and the hotel staff was helpful and nice to us. We asked for a room with bathtub instead of shower, so they arranged that for us, even if most of their rooms are with shower.
