Small lift so it’s tricky if you have a lot of luggage. The check process was long.

Clean, modern property not far from the railway station. It’s just about walkable to most of the sight seeing attractions.

It was a little hot inside the building, but I guess the temperatures were quite hot during our stay.

The hotel address is near the center and allowed us to explore the city by foot! Everyone was pretty nice and helped us in every question we had. The available car park was also really helpful to avoid more time to find a parking spot.

Pillows were too soft.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. There is a mini fridge in the room, also a kettle and a coffee machine. 10 minute walk from the train station. About a 7/8 minute walk to the lake.

Showers need to be updated with doors or better curtains. I feel for the housekeeping staff that has to deal with all the wet towels and floors. I could not get any lights to work without having all lights on at the same time--and there are many. Could have been user-error.

Pretty little hotel with a very welcoming and kind person at the Reception. Very comfortable room and excellent location for train travelers.

There were a few stairs at the entrance, then an elevator or stairs to get to Reception.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The reception was able to accommodate an early check-in which was very nice of them. The internet was fast and we were able to work at the desk in the room and in the common lounge. We were also grateful to have air conditioning once we learned most Genevan residents do not.

The gym needs a little more weight selection. The one lift being out or worked on with out signage was a little,annoying.

Small and cosy, very functional room. I didn’t hear a peep from anyone else in the hotel , the best pillows I’ve had in any hotel globally- so heavy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable . Breakfast was good quality cheeses and assortment of ok pastries.

Very good and friendly service, e.g. we got the room already at 10 am in the morning. Garage was fine for a "normal" car, higher SUV may not fit in. Location is good.

There is a mix up of my identify with some other during my check-in so may be more training at the front desk needed.

Small, quiet and private boutique style hotel. Room is modern, spacious and clean. Locations is within walking distance to most of the attractions like the lake, water fountain, main train station, shopping mall etc... Eateries and restaurants are easily available around the hotel.

The bathroom was spacious however the shower cubical was slightly on the smaller size and the shower head/water pressure wasn't strong.

Location of hotel was well situated - less than 10 mins by foot to the main train station. A variety of places to eat and grocery shops. Room was very spacious and clean.

- no milk for the breakfast - VERY expensive car park - the receptionist ; didn’t like the way she talk to clients and me please not that this personne isn't the mom of anybody (spend my evening in the restaurant working so i saw a lot of clients talk to reception)
