Amazing place and a large hotel with all the facilities. Self-service laundry and dryer are also available. We stayed in an apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Thun—the view was absolutely marvelous. The hotel offered very reasonable prices compared to other hotels in Interlaken, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The only concern is that if you're relying on public transport, this may not be the most convenient location, as there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, and only one bus operates on the road with a frequency of once per hour. It also takes about 20 minutes to drive to Interlaken. However, if you're traveling by car, this is an amazing choice and will make your stay truly wonderful.

All was good. No compliants Only the Bathroom, especially the bath tub access and spacing definitely needs improvement. Also tje option to have One big Blanket should be there .

Interlake is 15-20 minutes away but the roads are very winding.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She shared detailed information about the surroundings and the hotel. The teddy bears she gave to the children were a very well thought out detail. There were very nice facilities for families with children, such as a pool, a playground.It has free parking are and very good breakfast. The restaurant was good for dinner. The hotel was clean and convenient.

Staff was very rigid with last minute requests. The gym has very little in it, It is overstatement to call it a gym even.

Very well organized hotel in a great location, very clean room and polite stuff. Also the food quality was decent with plenty of options. Swimming pool and spa were clean and well maintained.

There really isn’t anything to not like, but if you are going into town, it is most definitely a long and winding drive up to the top. However, the hotel does offer complementary bus passes and the stop is directly in front of the hotel if you do not want to drive.

Amazing view, very family, friendly, and very pet friendly. They even allowed us to bring the dogs to dinner with us if we wanted. The staff was amazing at check-in and throughout our entire experience. Parking is extremely limited out front, but ultimately we had no issue finding parking when we needed it.

The resort was great with incredible views. The staff were absolutely great - big shout out to Erika, Malek and Eduard for their incredible service! The bus was always on time and it’s a lovely trip into interlarken, would absolutely stay again.

The pool was too cold.

It’s super child friendly. The room is enormous with a separate room for the kids. The playground and the restaurant are also adapted and welcoming for families. Staff is friendly and professional.

the free parking near the hotel is very small, it is not enough for all guests, and the covered parking is paid, so be prepared that you will not have a choice and will be forced to buy a parking space or simply will not have a place to park your car

incredible location, comfortable clean room. Breakfast is tasty and varied. Very friendly staff. They prepared children's cosmetics for my child and presented a teddy bear at the reception, which is very sweet.

I can barely name anything as disadvantegous or bad.

They have the best breakfast I have ever seen in European hotels. It has a lot of variety and the food is delicious. The hotel has a superb view. We went there in winter so when the lake was cloudy, it felt like we were flying over the clouds, which I'm sure will be unforgetable for our daughter :))

It is our 3rd time staying in this Hotel and we are still satisfied with the services. The Apartment is spacious enough for the family with good breakfast. The pool is also a plus with bathrobe and slippers provided for the guests. It is a family friendly hotel.

The views are out of this world.

The location and the magical experience it offers. The views are truly amazing and that would be enough. But the quality of service and the amenities are second to none. Live above the clouds during your stay in the middle of winter to get a sun tan.
