hello owners, If you throw away those pillows and buy 4 for each room I think you could have a score of 8.5 instead of 6.5, really. Give it a try! Everything was great, but If your pillow is like yours, you leave with a bad feeling.

Lack of any chair and a bedside shelf only on 1 side of the double bed. No hook or rail to hang towels in bathroom. Could not find the WiFi password.

There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom in room 41.

The property was exactly as described, with accurate photos. It was convenient and easy to use.

Bathroom was very very small. I cannot even dry my body with towel after bath. It’s so uncomfortable and not good.

The room was clean and bed was perfect. The bed was good for sleeping. Room was spacious and all the bed perfectly places and having sufficient space in between.

There was a strong stinking smell in shower which made the stay worse. It was hard to spend even couple of minutes in there. Guest laundry was not working. We were in room 41.

Room has the bathroom inside but it was like added in last minute, it wasn't proper bathroom area, I stayed different easy hotels as well this was different.

Easy check in and out. They have extra luggage spadw in case if you are coming earlier than your check in time.

shower head was leaky, and spraying wildly. Although there was enough room for a small table or chair none was provided, so had to put clothes on the floor.

It was conveniently located for us, and not bad for Zurich prices.

Very hot rooms due to weather and no cooling facilities. Noisy till 2_3AM as peoples are coming and going. No bottle water or cattle to make tea ,coffee. Price is higher

I paid almost 125 euros per night for the room . I stayed 2 nights . The room was non furnished literally with one bed , tv and a toilet. Not even a closet , no water kettle , no mini refrigerator and not even a slippers . They don't even provide you slippers for room/ toilet.The toilet every times get wet and we don't have any thing like mop or piece of cloth with what to dry the toilet . . The room on summer is very hot and the bed is literally by the window and at the morning hit by the sun which I think for the winter is good . At the night if you open the window entered many insects and you cannot even get fresh air cause you can't open the window nor do they have AC .

Location almost central , quiet , also near to the many touristic attractions , the best thing is the river passes by the city which just 1 street down the hotel . You can communicate with staffs through messages of booking page which I think they respond as soon as possible

It was striped down to just a bed, bathroom and TV. No chair. The hangers were fixed to the wall. It was so hot when we were there and no air circulation even with windows open. The cost of the snacks available was crazy. CHF3.5 for a packet of crisps. There are major bridge building works and they start work really early and so noisy.

It was relatively cheap. Easy to check in and out.

In no.36, we had to use the bathroom in the dark as light bulb and live wire exposed over mirror. Also, the wash hand basin was blocked in both rooms and shower hoses leak. There are only 2 fixed coat hangers and no other storage for clothes.

Booked 2 roooms, No.34&36. Good-sized clean rooms with comfy beds. However, bathroom pods need maintenance. Bed was hard, area is quite on evenings/weekends but construction works outside the hotel started early and were loud.

Automatic hotel was easy to check in, hotel was very clean, water pressure in the shower was impressive!

No warning that European power plugs don't work in Switzerland and no staff to assist. Taken together, these points meant we couldn't charge devices.

Close to Zipkingen for easy access to Zurich airport. Good access to room per lift.
