The cleaning service is not up to the mark and they really need to work on it.

Although we booked a 1-bedroom suite which comes with the kitchenette, the cabinet of the kitchen was all locked up when we checked into our room. To have it unlocked and use the kitchen facilities, there is a charge of CHF 25 per night, which this is quite uncommon, especially when the suite is in-bulit with these facilities. There's wasnt a choice, nor was it stated on the booking website about the add-on for usage of kitchen facility. Standing shower - Having a plastic curtain shower brings down the overall experience. Perhaps you can consider building a glass door for the standing shower. At least it will not wet the bathroom floor. Additional charge for kids - There is an additional charge for my 2 kids who are travelling with us which is at CHF 45 per kid which we are agreeable to pay. The room wasnt available for us to check in at 1pm hence we went out for our activity. Upon returning to the hotel at about 830pm, there wasn't any extra bed or sofa bed setup for my kids. Marie, whom I spoke to, has gladly took off the extra charge for the 1st night and extended a bottle of champagne to us. We appreciate her for the nice gesture.

During my 3d2n stay at EMA House and Suite - it feels like home away from home. We love the design of this place. Spacious living area, washing & dryer facility, and breakfast was delivered to our room daily. Location is quiet. Slightly away from the Zurch town which need to pop a bus down to the city. As our stay falls on NYE and New Year, hence shops around the city were all closed.

this property is awesome. we loved our stay here. breakfast in the room was amazing and there were some lovely small touches such as tram tickets at the desk downstairs which was great. it’s right next to the tram (14 or 11) and they come all the time. the accommodation was lovely with bathrobes for us all and lovely amenities. if we come back to Switzerland we will definitely stay here!

Our washer/dryer was not working properly, even after maintenance came in to address the issue. This amenity was critical in our decision to stay at the property, so it was very disappointing to not have the convenience in our suite. Luckily, there are four machines in the basement level that are free to use. We were able to do our laundry at night to avoid any congestion from other guests...it didn't seem to be an issue at all.

Breakfast was wonderful with both Lactose Free and Gluten Free options, delivered on time and of high quality!

Huge modern room, great shower and soft comfortable bed. Close to city center yet some walk up (on the hill). Friendly staff. In room breakfast (extra) was Ok, but exceptional.

We loved the size of the apartment and the view looking over the river. The location was excellent and a quick tram ride to the main train station. The breakfast was amazing!

the electricity in our room was not working upon arrival. They did get it fixed eventually. That should have got checked before guests’ arrival.

The room and breakfast was exceptional. The location was quiet but convenient. The comfiness of beds, the pillow and blankets. They had our daughters’ beds layed out very nicely. The space was generous among us four. We were quite exhausted upon arrival. A great night sleep was a big plus.
