We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GreeceEven though we paid a lot of money for our stay, all the kitchen cupboards were locked and we must to pay another 25 francs to open them to use the kitchen facilities. It was the first time that we have seen something like this in a rented suite.We couldn’t have plates, or forks, nothing, only glasses for the coffee... it seemed very strange to us...
The room was very clean,the beds comfortable,the view from the room very nice!! Close to the city center,only 10’ by foot in a quiet neighborhood!

AustriaThe room was cold and they didn't have more than 1 portable heater. Radiators were turned off and only AC was working which was not heating up the room.
The room was clean, tidy and well organized. All required equipments in the kitchen and other areas were available. It deserves a 5* without a doubt.... If I visit the Zurich again, this is the place I'll stay.

Quality and comfort. Tram stop 50m away . Apartment was mostly very quiet. View over the bridge which was fun. The location was very convenient to Main train station.There are no communal spaces but the apartments are well equipped and of excellent standard. Rooms tidied everyday and they are very helpful. Lovely little balcony with great views over river and town.

United Statessome plates & glasses weren’t clean. wifi absolutely didn’t work in our suite, only on the main floor at the lobby. used app to send requests/ask questions, as instructed, and didn’t get responses that way. staff was pleasant though, and spoke many languages.

United StatesThe kitchen. Though we don’t cook. But a basic set of utensils such as plates, spoons, forks and knives should be available since it is not a hotel room but an apartment. So guests can get food and enjoy it in its spacious living room. They have them. But you need to pay 25 CHF for it. I don’t know if it is per day or per stay.

KenyaNo complimentary visitors travel voucher for the buses and trams in Zurich as compared to other hotels. Hotel management should consider providing this to all guests especially international travelers. No complimentary water provided for every day use apart from 1 bottle that given on arrival. It would be good for the hotel to consider providing clients with bottles of water daily for the duration of the entire stay.
Awesome rooms - clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Hotel is in good location, with a few eateries near by and ease of access to the train station for movement around to city centre and lake beach. The breakfast is good however they could vary it for guest staying for 2 or more days to avoid monotony for the same things every day.
