Surprisingly they deducted the amount of taxes at time of check out from the amount held as security (100 F) while all payments was already paid in advance by me time of check in and it was not initially told / informed. Further there is complimentary water available only at time of check in and its not available on daily basis if you stay even more than a day

There was no free parking. Had to pay for the water also. They colud easily provide free drinking water in the room or at the reception.

The hotel did not have power plug to convert from US to local system. The security deposit did not get removed at checked out as mentioned. I spent a lot of time to call the booking.com and my credit card company to figure out what steps to take to make the corrections of the room charges. The invoice did not show the same price as that of agreed.

It was exquisitely displayed with varieties of choices between cold and hot items. The hotel common area and room are nicely designed.

There is only one toilet and will be good to have another small toilet for bigger group (4paxs above)

Very convenient location as it’s just next to the train station (Interlaken west). The room sizes, island kitchen is spacious and provide well equipped kitchen wares . The room cleanliness is excellent as well since I am quite OCD & we cook daily for all 3 nights. There is a big supermarket (migro) opposite the hotel and it’s convenient to buy groceries to stock up for our 3 nights stay.

We stated in the “comfort apartment”. The rooms were really warm which isnt controllable, so we had the doors open overnight - unfortunately there was a rather strong sewage smell one evening which filled the apartment.

the rooms have to be more spacious for luggage and i think. the interior on the walls make the hotel look abit dirty like the spots on the walls

breakfast was good i would prefer more of a selection such as a little of meat items or something like noodles or rice or even pasta but this is my personal view only

The room we were in was meant to be family junior suite the second bed was a fold out couch and the room is very small with bad lighting. the photos make it look nicer than it is. it served its purpose however wouldn't book again at that price for what it is.

Excellent location right next to platform 1 of Interlaken West train station! Modern and nice hotel. Junior suite was good our family of 4 with a separate sleeping area for the kids. Good breakfast and very friendly, attentive and helpful reception staff !

The size of the room, because of the big balcony, the bedroom area was a bit tight and small. Second thing was the fact that the housekeeper opened the door twice on the check-out date, before the check-out time.

The location was really good, really close to the train station, it is a new hotel also.
