Israelwe were given a room at ground floor near the lobby and we didn't sleep all night because of the noises coming from the lobby... noise isolation is terrible in the rooms! it was a very bad experience! in my opinion, a hotel doesn't deserve a good rating if it cannot provide a decent sleep for its guests.

GreeceWe made a reservation for 2 nights through booking.com and then asked at the front desk to extend it for 2 more nights. - They charged us a higher price than the one they had on booking.com at the moment. - We asked for breakfast included and payed cash upfront, but at the checkout they charged us extra for breakfast ( around 25 CHF / person / day) - apparently they hadn't included breakfast as told. - 1st extra day, 20 mins before the end of breakfast time, there was NOTHING to eat, we just had a coffee and they wanted to charge 25 CHF / person for that...thankfully they didn't.. - not so clean, - avoid booking anything at the front desk... - 1st night we arrived we asked for any suggestions for dinner, they just told us which area to walk through , they wouldn't suggest a place, and told us we would probably need a reservation in advance (not really helpful) - they do not help with the bags

United KingdomThe management has a major attitude problem. We are never the confrontational type, but this hotel really did push our buttons. Firstly, we needed to change our reservation and bring it one day forward, I checked if they had an availability online and they did, I contacted them online to ask if I could pay the difference in the fare to change my reservation, to which they refused claiming it was a non refundable reservation. I contacted booking.com representative who eventually told me that basically there is nothing he can do if the hotel insists because I already paid for my stay. I had to call the hotel again and asked them to write me an email confirming that they would not change my reservation and that it would be non refundable. Eventually they agreed to change my reservation after a few email exchanges. Secondly, we booked for two nights, due to unrelated event we couldn’t arrive the first night and arrived the morning of the second day. Upon our arrival, the reception informed us that we needed to wait until 3pm for the check in, I told her that I paid for the previous night and asked if we could check in immediately, she said that was not possible, she put me on the phone to her manager and his exact words were “what is it that you don’t understand, you need to wait until 3pm”, I argued that if they sold my room then I should get a refund and of course they didn’t agree and provided me with a room immediately after that. If they had an available room, why would they say I needed to wait in the first place. All in all, the customer care level amongst the management definitely needs to improve.

IndonesiaThe room is very small. We have 2 big luggage, cant open it both at the same time. Cleanliness must be improved. Air circulation is good. You can open the window for fresh air. The pillow is so squishy, seemed like not a quality pillow.

CanadaThe bed was rock hard. The pillow was too soft - absolutely no support and comforter really thin. It was really uncomfortable taken in total. A second pillow would have been very welcome. The check in process was confused. I emailed upon booking (months in advance) to let the hotel know I would be arriving very late. They told me to go to the Best Western to get my keys. The day before I travelled I reached out again to remind and confirm about my late arrival; the person who responded confirmed key pick up at the BW. When I arrived, the BW night receptionist did not have my keys and sent me next door to Hotel Felix, insisting there was a night person there, although I had been told otherwise. So, I went, whereupon it transpired the hotel DID have my keys at reception. I asked the next day about the confusion and it turns out that was the last night they would have someone at reception overnight- but they had told me differently!! I don’t understand why this was so difficult to communicate?? I’d be more forgiving if the airline hadn’t caused a three hour delay and lost my luggage to boot - no one needs to deal with this confusion over keys on top of everything else at 2:00 am in the morning!
The lady at the reception desk was very helpful - though the help I required was out of her control, but she tried her absolute best. Many thanks! Shower was also pretty mag.

The hotel is a small boutique style property, nicely refurbished, cosy and comfortable, but the rooms are tiny. The staff were wonderful, especially Fatima who was charming and very attentive.

Kuwait* No tissue box in room * No complimentary water * No ear cottons * Strange weird smell in the room * No phone in the room to call (the reception / room service) ! * No single double size blanket on the bed (they put 2 separate blankets) * No bell-boy to take the languages from the car, you should take them by yourself to the room (so bothersome if you have many or heavy bags) ! * They don’t provide slippers * The hand soup they provided has bad smell (Should be changed) ! * Toilets has foul smell ! * Bed Pillows are not comfortable at all ! * Mattress is very hard * Blanket has foul smell * AC is not cooling the room (Room temperature is 26.5 C) !! We couldn’t sleep in the room !!!! * Lobby closes @ 10 pm !!!! So no receptionist after 10 pm !!!!!! * Wifi is very slow ! * Worst Breakfast (no varieties, no help from the staff) * Their garage fits for only one car ! And it is very small !!!! actually is a storage room but were made as a parking garage ! and they charge 30 CHF for it ! It is a joke ! moreover if you want to park @ evening time you need to open the garage door by yourself from inside, and then return back to the hotel from the front door (not the back door) (as they don’t provide you with a backdoor key) ! so frustrating ! * Expensive compared to the service it provides

GermanySadly I was given a disabled room on the ground floor. When I had a shower the whole bathroom was flodded. They were no hangers in the bathroom for my towels. As the room was on the ground floor it was extremly noisy too. There are no curtaines on the window apart from the black out curtains which I had to keep closed so nobody could see in my room.
Nice and modern Hotel with good and central location. Lots of Bars, Restaurants and Coffee Shops around. Breakfast good value for money.

ThailandWe went to checkin at 3PM sharp but the room was not ready. We had to wait half an hour to check in the room. Then the access cards were programmed to the wrong floor. We had stuck at the wrong floor wait the staff to reprogram the cards at least 10 minutes with our luggages. We are not the picky persons but these things are too much for us. All mistakes should not be happened with this kind of hotel in Switzerland.
