I've stayed here before and the staff are excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all updated. The hotel is air-conditioned but not all rooms so make sure you book one of those if are require it during Summer. This place is less than a minute walk to many restaurants in the Niederdorf area.

Upon booking the rooms, I thought they were air conditioned. However, only one of our rooms was. This wasn't obvious on the booking.com site. The hotel didn't have a microwave for guests, so we couldn't heat up leftovers.

The location was great, and the breakfast staff was very kind. Each morning, they brought my mom her favorite yogurt from the kitchen. The rooms were close to each other, and there was one adjoining room, which was very helpful for us.

The Room is cute with a pitched roof and has a small window to let fresh air in. It was super clean and met my expectations for one night. Location is super central and walking distance from the Train station. Everything was perfect.

I really liked my stay at hotel Felix. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly! The hotel is easily accessed by public transport and very close to the center. I highly recommend this hotel when travelling to Zürich.

The only negative aspect was the return to the hotel during the night, where I encountered numerous groups of women aggressively promoting entry to a strip club right next to the hotel. I didn’t expect to see such scenes in Switzerland, and it was nothing more than very annoying and intrusive. It also affected my comfort and sense of security.

Starting with the location, the hotel is situated right in the heart of Zurich's old town, housed in a beautifully restored historic building. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. The area around the hotel is quite lively, so it can be noisy in the evenings. However, if you enjoy the vibrant sounds of the city, it’s a great spot. The rooms are decent, clean, and well-organized, though they are on the smaller side. Overall, they are comfortable and there are no major complaints.
