Not to the fault of the hotel, the street outside was very loud at night so we had to choose between opening the windows to keep the rooms cooler or having peace and quiet.

Didn’t seem like A/C worked well. We ended up opening the window. We stayed in room 312. Had view out the back. Parking along the street near hotel was alright at this time of year, but I can imagine it would be harder in the summer. The hotel only has two spaces, so you need to feed the meters before 8pm and after 9:00am.

Right in Niederdorf. Can walk to all restaurants, bars, and shops there from this hotel. Room is clean and comfortable. Good breakfast!

The room was a bit too small, there was not enough space to store our bags and no real cupboards to hang/store our clothes.

The hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay here. The staff were quite helpful and the breakfast buffet had everything we needed - from different types of roles/bread, jams, fruits, cheese, yogurt etc. What we especially liked about the hotel was the fact that it was centrally located, only a few minutes walking distance from the train station and the famous Bahnhofstrasse, as well as other important sights of Zurich.

Room was warm. There was a fan in the room which was great. The windows do not have screens but we did have them open. There is a fair amount of noise from the street below and perhaps mores as our stay was on a weekend night.

Good area. Clean room. At the time of booking, it appeared that breakfast was included but in fact it was not. Was a fine room in a convenient location.

The bed was a little bit firm and the pillow was a bit soft for me. There could be more options for breakfast.

The location was so good, 5 minutes walk to the main station and easy to walk to other attractions as well. Staff was lovely and the room was clean and tidy.

Great location, right in the heart of the city. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It is impecably clean, and staff is pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was good too. Small rooms but you don’t need a lot of space if you are only staying a few days.

Did not realize the hotel had only selected ACs. During my stay, it was hot in Zurich so with no AC, it was a bit difficult. With the window open, it was very noisy since there were bars right down the street.

The breakfast could have been better. While I appreciate its a boutique hotel the seating felt extremely cramped and the spread could have been better. The weather was very warm when we were staying there and while there is an air conditioning system in the room, the temperature is pre set so you cannot really reduce it to the temperature you would like to cool the room. I understand hotels do that to reduce electricity bills but in the summer months it does get a bit uncomfortable.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel last week while visiting Zurich. The hotel is a boutique property and the rooms are clean and modern. The front office team was very helpful with an early check in and they even helped us with reserving a table at a popular restaurant nearby. It’s well located between the main centre and the train station so it’s very easy to go about. Everything you need is in a walking distance.

I booked the room type with the AC unit; but it seems like the AC is controlled within the building despite having a “control” in our room. We did not feel the AC inside the room and we had to open the windows to get some breeze in to the room - especially at night (we stayed late September).

Location is really great - close to stations, restaurants and in a really vibrant area. The room that we got is quite bigger than anticipated with space good enough for two big luggage bags (room 410).

Great location. Easy walk to everything including train station. Staff friendly and helpful. Triple room was adequate for three adults. Appreciated the hot pot for coffee and tea and the mini fridge. Very clean.
