Simply amazing! The location was superb, the breakfast every day served to your room made me feel like a queen, the views from the Villa were spectacular. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our stay in Zermatt….book it!

Nothing to write. The hotel, town and ski experience exceeded our expectations.

Our experience at Hotel Firefly was perfect. We had an amazing room with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 baths, a convenient kitchen and very comfortable living area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was the breakfast delivered to our room every morning. We would select our choices the night before, and a staff member would arrive at our requested time and set the table with a nice matelasse cloth tablecloth and napkins, place settings and all the menu items that we requested. Within an hour or two, someone would come and clean up and remove all the breakfast items. The actual hotel is nicely decorated in Alpine decor and gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. The spa, sauna and indoor pool are fantastic. The location is perfect being a short, comfortable walk into the center of town.

Location great.. the bar had a great welcoming feel.. albeit we didn't really use it because busy.. Maybe a free drink voucher would have drawn us in.. But the whole stay was brilliant for the whole family.. For the 2nd week we moved to another rated Haus.. Nowhere near the same level of luxury as FireFly..

Just loved everything about this place. We booked the panorama maxi suite for a group of 6, and it was just picture perfect. The living area was incredibly spacious with Matterhorn views, and the breakfast in your room was amazing. We even asked for things which were not on the menu and they were very kind to provide us with those. The gym and the pool were well equipped. Located just 4 mins away from the Matterhorn cable car. Highly recommend for a luxury experience in Zermatt.

Only some rooms can see the Matterhorn. Our view was nice, just in the opposite direction. Spa closes at 9pm.

Great location. You can hear the river. Amazing breakfast in our room. Incredible spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna, etc). Wonderfully helpful staff. Kitchenette. Bluetooth speaker. Even a dishwasher! Very comfortable bed. Balcony.

Absolutely everything exceeded expectations- they picked us up from the train station which was amazing, the facilities (sauna, steamroom, etc) are great, and the breakfast they offer is delicious! I also had one of the best massages of my life there with Matilda. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to cook ourselves dinner. They even let you keep the flipflops which I used often during the rest of our trip. The location is great because its close enough to walk to the main center street but away from the crowds enough to have a peaceful experience. The view from the room was A+. The Matterhorn can be seen from the property and the surrounding hikes are gorgeous. Highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is a considerable walk away from the train station, but i should've arranged a pick up from the train station to the hotel, so thats on me.

The room was amazing, huge and has a homey vibe. The staff went above an beyond for us! Opon check -in, the staff told us she was new and we were only her 3rd check-in on the job. She tried her best to answer all our questions and brought us to all the facilities in the building and walked us through our rooms, breakfast process and how to work the fireplace. The staff at the reception was always happy to help and answer our questions. When i mentioned we had to check-out at 5am, they even asked us if we needed some lunch packs for us to eat on our way to the next destination to which we happily obliged. The view was not bad considering there was a room with balcony that we could see matterhorn from. The gym was amazing! It had alot of equipments from cardio(threadmill, bicycles), lots of dumbbells, machines for shoulders , legs , chest, abs, and even a multi-purpose rack where you can do cables , benchpress, etc!

The beds were a little hard and the pillows were not great.

Breakfast in the room was great. The hotel provided a great day pack bag and the location was a quick 13 minute walk to the train station. The spa was excellent with a steam room, sauna and aroma therapy room and an excellent gym and pool.
