We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyIf you prefer a room with windows that can be opened, make sure to request an appropriate room (e.g., one with a balcony). The hotel staff and service are truly outstanding. Although we initially weren’t happy about being in a room without opening windows, the staff went above and beyond to compensate us very generously. This level of care ensures we will definitely return in the future!

Five was a great stay & vibe. Starts from the very friendly and welcoming receptionists. Fanni checked us in and helped escort us to our suite. We stayed on the main building, our Suite was modern, very cosy & spacious two balcony suite with city and nature view. Sadly a-bit too cold to hangout at the balcony. Nice and very clean Bathroom modern shower yet easy to use. That’s a plus. We decided to dine at the casual soul Restaurant while the restaurant at the Penthouse only opens from Wednesday on, food was tasty. William was gentle and very Welcoming at the Restaurant. Breakfast was great here. We definitely coming back loved our stay.

The towels were not clean all the time some has make up stains on them The bedding was not very well cleaned and it showed when the cover was moved The restaurant for breakfast was an absolute below average in terms of taste or options The room furniture is too funky and pop so not super family friendly

Five Zurich was very good location for Stunning views. I had a great experience there . Lovely place to have a rest and East wing rooms are very comfortable and It is near to the city. There is a Manager by the name of Amindra and he is an all rounder and extended a great hospitality for us . Hope came back soon.
