The facility is close to the Zurich HB train station and in the middle of everything pretty much. The manager was so nice. I will recommend this place if you looking in going to Zurich Switzerland 🇨🇭.

Kettle without any mugs, or any singular tea bags/ coffee. staying a couple of nights I wouldn't go to the shops to buy a box.

Not far from Train station, compact and good for basics of sleeping and showering. Bed and bedding were comfortable.

Really noisy, you can hear people walking the stairs and each door slamming! Had to buy hear plugs or I couldn’t have slept

The elevator is really small, barely space for 2 adults so if you have luggage this could be a bit tight. The main door on each floor slams if you don't take care, this sound woke me up once at night. The booking procedure through booking.com was not straightforward, I had to communicate with both the hotel contact and booking customer service to confirm that I had indeed payed . But the response was prompt and quickly sorted out.

Fully renovated, clean and modern apartments. Centrally located and convenient access. Comfortable bed. Spacious room.

Very cumbersome process of sending copy of passport before check-in. Be aware that the hotel's message system/e-mail does not accept attachments and the staff were not helpful in explaining how I would send the passport copy. Eventually I had to download the booking.com app to get it through. Room not soundproofed, sounded like the other guests were in my room. Noisy heater. Not possible to lock door from the inside, which did not feel safe. No bin in room. Nowhere to place luggage, except on floor or bed. Stange layout of room, with the shower and sink in the main room (i.e. not in a separate bathroom).

Clean, decently comfortable bed, good location, friendly and helpful straff (when they were there). Overall an acceptable experience for a "budget" accomodation.

- Be aware that the check-in system is self-check-in, (NO RECEPTION)! ... and that was not indicated at booking.com, when reviewing the hotel before proceeding with the booking! - You need to pay attention to your email or booking chat, because they will ask you to upload your ID/passport otherwise you will not get the access code, without which you cannot check-in! - No signs for the hotel upon arrival in order to understand that you have arrived at the correct address - The hotel entrance is through the restaurant/cafe "Lalup", and you don't know this information until you they send you the access codes! - The check-in time according to instructions is between 1500 - 2330, however, upon my arrival at 1900-20:00 no operator was available at the phone number indicated or on chat to provide you with the access codes, and thus I had to wait for around one hour until someone has responded! They ask you to leave a deposit, meanwhile, the minibar is empty! ... there is a coffee machine, but without complementary coffee or water!!! - For 17,50 CHF at the LaLup you will get a breakfast of cold croissants, a cold piece of cheese, and coffee/tea, whereas not so far from the hotel you can have a decent breakfast for 20-25 CHF! - The hotel located right at the main street, but there is no parking lot for cars and not even a temporary one to load/unload your luggage! - And Be Careful of the elevator over there ... the size of the elevator is barely for one person with one hand luggage!!!

- Tedious check-in process: first you have to send a passport/ID scan via booking.com (mine did not get through), then you have to pay not via booking but with a separate payment link. On the arrival day you get send a code for your door: mine did not work, I had to wait. The bill I needed I got only after sending a request. - Why equip a room with a kettle and an espresso machine, but provide neither tea bags or coffee, nor cups in?

Centrally located. Clean. My one room appartment had an ensuite toilet, the shower and bath were in the room. Which makes you appreciated the window blinds. The mini kitchenette has a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle and an espresso machine with portafilter (!). Wine glasses. OK for a short stay, for a longer rental I would find s.th. bigger.

Suitable for our needs. No contact with owners other than through Booking chat which worked out okay. Located on a well travelled road which might be offensive to some who don’t like night noise. Kitchen was well stocked. Shower is very large but the shower floor was slippery. No shower privacy which didn’t bother us.

Bed was terrible to sleep on, very small for a double. Room was smaller then usual hotel rooms and it also had the kitchenette in it so truly not that great. When arrived, was not able to get into the room as access code given was incorrect. It took them ages to sort out and we had to wait for the service person to arrive from outside location. Ruined the beginning to the trip.

maybe the main entrance door on the floor could be equipped with a swing door operator avoiding the door to slam.

the silhouette shower room because its near the window ..there is curtain however it cannot fully cover up…but above all the place is great
