You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

ItalyOnly recommendation is to make sure you have instructions for getting access before you arrive- we had to wait around for nearly two hours with long calls to find keys and we never managed to get access to the swimming pool because the keys were shared with another apartment in the building.

Switzerlandthe instructions for the sauna/pool and where to find them. The flat is completely different to what is pictured. There is no mistaking it, it’s a different property. it still a lovely flat but it is entirely not what is photographed.
The flat we stayed in is lovely, however the pictures in the booking show an entirely different flat.

from the good - the house has a bomb shelter. This is especially appreciated now, when you came from Ukraine. thank you for a wonderful stay in your apartment. Drinking coffee in the morning on the terrace with this view is the best thing that has happened to me lately💙💛

Italyfor keys you have to contact the owner from booking messaging because he is not welcoming you. There is parking for your car, is located below the house. After you receive the keys, one of them can open the door of parking house. you have to go on via caglims, befor casa cambrida and go down. see photos Coop & Denner are in flims city, around 3 minutes by car Wif is free of charge Glasses, cups, knifes, spoons, everything is provided.

Decent apartment with all facilities necessary plus some more. Comfortable, due to garden, for bringing our dog. Sauna was private and great. Beautiful area, fit for hikers. Busstop was nearby.

NetherlandsVery poor checkin. No info shared on self check in before. In the evening 2/3 hrs we desperately spend on contacting the owner. Shower basin barely drained water, reported to the owner. he promised it will be fixed but didn't fix it. 4nights we stayed with dysfunctional basin. No swimming facility access was given though requested couple of times. Shower frame broken & duck taped. Very inconvenient to close doors. Dirty sofa, stain all over. Noisy road from dawn to dusk.
