Parking is for free. If you arrive by car, is impossible to park nearby for check in. You have to follow indications to the park. Once there, ring and announce your arrival and they will open the park gate. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel or you can dine in the Mexican restaurant below.

PolandIt was the second time that the payment terminal did not work, I had to call customer service and ask the staff to charge my credit card remotely. Twice the same situation and a very large amount of money spent on a phone call with the facility staff. I'll be staying there for the 3rd time and if the problem repeats, the facility will get the lowest score

Instruction on where to find the parking and the procedure to get out of the oarking garage and turn in the key card (because the one cleaning person with limited command of language ended up providing wrong information. Again, frustrating. However, the place was acceptably clean, quiet and had elevator access to all levels.
It should have been clear on the website at time of booking that this was an automated hotel with no staff.. Register my surprise being very tired and having to deal with another automated system. I felt abandoned bybooking.com - and that is very rude.

CanadaI struggled to find the physical location when I arrived on my bicycle and the virtual support staff were impatient and not helpful. Also the sink and shower drainage was poor.

All up this is simply a convenience store for accommodation. Self serve, in and out with little attention or care. Room was surprisingly sizable for a single.

Good location near the station and a number of eating places. Particular shout out for Restaurant Schiff and Pizzeria Piccola. Rooms basic but did the job well enough. Complementary coffee and croissants were a bonus. Self check-in was simple.

Switzerlandbood this hotel late on a Saturday night. it is a self check in hotel and it went smoothly. it is in the town centre and there is public parking a 2 minute walk away. it is a very basic hotel in that the room has beds and that's it. the bathroom and the room were very clean and the furnishing were new. the room had a balcony. if you are looking for a basic room to sleep in thats clean and good value then this fits the bill.

AustraliaSo much road noise, a very hot room which we couldn't cool down even we left front room door open for a while. Wil was a busy noisy place. I had no opportunity to book a room towards to the inside area of hotel.
Average, not so much to choose from. Coffee was nice and hot.. I would have expected to have more of a selection of fruit, example, cheese, eggs and possible butter, spreads of a selection, example honey or jam.

Omantwo parking only near the left that takes you to the room , other parking has no left to rooms . I parked in -2 parking and I spend more than half hour to find my room since there is No connection from -2 parking to rooms & there is no one to ask since it’s self check in hostel .

The hotel itself is very nice, it is new, the rooms are quite spacious for Switzerland. Plus, you have small coffee room, where you can have water, tea, coffee and even some minibar beverages. In the morning you can also grad a croissandt. So, there’s nothing not to like, but I got there on the day the Mastercard had a major failure, so the self checkin process became useless.. I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone to do the checkin. Plus, the checkin is great for returning customers... First time - you might have some issues doing it.
